I contacted Robin based on a recommendation from a friend who has worked with Robin for many years on numerous projects in her homes. My main purpose in contacting Robin was because I was in need of window treatments for a new home for which there were no window treatments in place at all. During the initial consultation we also discussed the purchase of living room furniture and replacing two chandeliers. I found Robin to be very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with. She made suggestions, discussed pros and cons, but allowed us to make the final decisions. She encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone when selecting furniture upholstery and we are very pleased with the result. When there are numerous projects involved, clear priorities need to be established and followed. I would highly recommend Robin for any type of home improvement/decor projects.

Robin helped me when I was downsizing from 4000 sq.ft. to 1/4 of that space. Most of my furniture was waaay to big, other pieces dated, and I was living in a cluttered, used furniture store. She helped me curate the best stuff, create storage space where there was none, find inexpensive solutions for problem spaces, and lighting issues and made it fun in the process. Her fees are more than reasonable; her ideas creative and all in all she is a pleasure to work with.

Robin is a terrific home designer, turned my house into something immediately salable. I have nothing but the greatest respect for Robin as a very engaged professional and a most wonderful person as well.

I hired Robin to help me stage a home for sale. I lived in the home for almost 25 years, so you can imagine the house had a lot of stuff in it. Robin's role was to help me figure out what to do to make the house attractive to buyers. This included getting rid of things, deciding what to leave, painting only what needed to be painted and staging the outside of the house too. Robin made excellent suggestions in terms of how to thin the junk pile, how to rearrange furniture, which paint colors to use, what bedding and bathroom accessories needed to be updated, what indoor and outdoor repairs were necessary and she recommended professionals to do the work. All suggestions were excellent and helped us sell our house in a few weeks at very close to our aggressive asking price. I am certain this would not have been the outcome without Robin's advice. After that excellent experience we used Robin's services again on the house we purchased and were renovating. Robin helped us with every decorating decision - wooden floors, tile, granite, lighting and many other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. Robin also helped us work out a lot of issues we had in redesinging the floorplan of our renovated house. It was a very difficult process and Robin was helpful, full of ideas and very patient with people who never did this sort of thing before and don't have a natural ability in such matters. Robin's help was critical in our getting both of these projects done in short order and with great results. Her prices were excellent, especially given the outstanding services she provided and her level of expertise. You should hire Robin and HomeScape Stagers.

We hired HomeScape Stagers to help us determine the most efficient layout for our planned finished basement as well as help us interview potential contractors. Robin provided us with a great layout - something that we couldn't have envisioned on our own! She also gave us great creative design tips and recommedations on materials. We highly recommend Robin at HomeScape Stagers for design consultation - she has a great eye for layout and was extremely helpful in helping us choose the contractor.

Robin is a true professional and she is so easy to work with. Robin listens to our needs and ideas. She took everything into consideration to put something together just for our taste and budget for our bedroom re-do. My husband and I lack all artistic/design talent, so we relied on Robin and we are totally happy. We are now in the process of redoing our family room. We highly recommend Robin.

Homescape Stagers provided a comprehensive service to ready my mom's home for sale after the death of my father. It was THE most difficult time of my life and I simply would not have gotten through it without this help. By comprehensive I mean: coordinating the clearing out of 46 years worth of belongings from attic to basement separating by trash,goodwil, habitat for humanity, keep and/or sell through a variety of consignment shops that continued to generate cash long after the project .(This more than paid for any costs associated with Stager's cost because a diamond ring was found and promptly given to me, in a drawer in a stocking that my mom forgot about. I probably would not have been that thorough and would have discarded the stocking!) Also a complete updating of the landscaping was designed and accomplished to attract the modern buyer. Next contractors were acquired and supervised by HomeScape Stagers following Robin's interior color and updating recommendations. Then a host of details were covered to make the house ready to show and it was sold to a neighbors daughter who witnessed the awesome beehive of activity and resultant transformation that took place. "Stagers" is not a good definition for the start to finish services that are offered. I highly recommend Robin McGlinchey and her Homescape Stagers to tackle any or all of your needs!

We recently sold a our house. We priced the house at the very top of its price limit & asked Robin to stage it. It sold in less than 6 weeks for 98% of the asking price. We were so pleased with the advise and changes Robin suggested that we asked her to work on the renovations of our new home -- gutting a kitchen, 3 bathrooms & a new master bedroom Robin's insight and input has been invaluable, her taste impeccable, and her eye for color amazing.
