We have worked with Hyland Homes on three projects - the last of which was to redo the entire first floor of our home. First, I would say that Brent and team were terrific to work with. They kept us informed as the projects were moving along, and if anything wasn't as we expected, they fixed it. Second, I really appreciated that there was a consistent team of workers on all three projects. We trusted them with the run of the house. Finally, I found Brent to be a great creative collaborator. We had rough ideas of what we wanted, and he would talk through the plans with us to make them better. If we ever do another renovation project, we will definitely call Hyland Homes again!

We did multiple projects with the Hyland Homes team beginning in early 2020 and rolling in to 2021. The projects included a full basement remodel and 4 full baths. The quality of the work is outstanding and the costs were very reasonable to us. Brent was able to source quality materials within our budget and offer suggestions to save money when possible. Brent and his team are very easy to work with and we highly recommend Hyland Homes. We plan to undertake additional projects with them in the near future.

We hired Hyland Homes to do a renovation of a master bathroom and closet. The owner, Brent Hyland, spent time with us going over options, ideas and possibilities. The job started on the promised date, and Brent stayed very involved during the entire process. All of his contractors were friendly, organized and reliable. The site was cleaned at the end of each day, which was a nice touch. The job was completed within the estimated time, and the work was impeccable. I would highly recommend using Hyland Homes for any renovation!

Brent and team did a bathroom remodel for us. The job involved demo, new drywall, new tile + a heated floor, plumbing, cabinets and painting. We're super happy with the results. The team kept the jobsite clean, all the demo trash was hauled away promptly, and we were done end-to-end in about 5 weeks. All told, we're really pleased with the process, price and timeline.

We hired Hyland Homes to update our kitchen, completely renovate our master bath, and add a third bathroom within the original master bath footprint (in addition to some other smaller cosmetic updates). We spoke with every contractor in the area and Brent was the most honestly priced, the planning process was extremely efficient with help from the team (Brent, Liz, Bob, etc.), the tradesmen hired to complete the project were mindful of our young family's needs, and the project exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to hire them again for our future projects.

Mr brent hyland is one of the most professional, fair, and trustworthy contractor I have ever worked with. His main focus is your satisfaction and that when he leaves your job, you are completely happy with the results. To all other people looking to remodel their home , do not sell yourself short and call brent .

Commented: what material is vertical siding made of? wood fiber cement or other?unfortunately, we don't have your solution from this project. the siding on this house is composed of 4' x 8' sheets of TGI. Good luck with your renovation! wish we could have helped.
