I worked with George on a major kitchen remodel. He listened to my needs and came up with a design that more than met my requests. He helped me make selections which were beautiful and within my budget. I was so pleased that I have asked him to freshen up other rooms on my house. He is delightful and a real advocate for his clients.

As a General Contractor and owner of Precision Home Development I have worked with a lot of design companies over the years and George from Idola Design Group is one of the best. George's experience and knowledge ensures success and every project is a reflection of it. George has a great vision as a designer and is very well organized. If there is ever a question that needs to be addressed in field he is very responsive and as a result there are minimal delays in the construction schedule. George always has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work and we look forward to the next project where we can help him create his vision.

As an interior design photographer I have had the pleasure of working with George Wheat of Idola Design Group. We collaborated closely on specific shots and his intuitive sense of design was evident as I captured the passion of his work. It has been wonderful to work with George and be a part of his design vision.

Working with George from Idola Design has been an absolute pleasure. From our initial meeting, we knew we were in the good hands of a true professional. Answering all of our questions from beginning to end, his vast knowledge of products and materials and his amazing sense of style and comfort. He listens well, and is very good at keeping things to budget and presenting choices. You couldn’t ask for more. The contractors and sub-contractors all were professional, friendly and always arrived on time! It’s true. George keeps a watchful quality eye on things. A non-stressful experience. We absolutely love our master bath and bedroom!! He took us from the 80’s to modern day with beautiful colors, classic lines, textures and to die for fabric! Don’t even get me started on my beaded wallpaper!! Stunning! We just completed our family room as well. Beautiful custom made top grade leather furniture, gorgeous rich wood flooring, stone fireplace and beautifully accessorized!! Just can’t say enough great things about this design firm -- George is amazing!! You’ll just love your home afterwards.

Working with George of IDG was a very positive experience. A few things stood out during our initial meeting: -He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to create a design that fit his style (as one or two other designers I interviewed seemed to want to do) -Extensive knowledge of materials. Tile, stones, paint, wood, cabinets, flooring, etc - he knows it and the appropriate application and installation -George is very personable and easy to work with Initially, I wanted help with flooring selection and installation for my Scottsdale home. As often happens this then extended to fresh paint throughout, a complete kitchen, master bath and a guest bath remodel. Then, a year later I hired him to do the backyard as well. I couldnt be happier with his work. You can see my home here in his portfolio and judge for yourself but based on the responses of guests to my home and their requests for his cards I would say most agree his work is superb. George also picked all the furnishings in what was a now a beautiful “new” home. His contractors and subcontractors were all professional and got the jobs done on time. Their estimates rarely went over budget and when they did it wasn't by much. Billing was accurate. George’s designs were perfect for my lifestyle - casual but classy and masculine just as we had discussed. As a single man with three big dogs they were also practical and easy to keep clean. Idola Design Group exceeded my expectations (and I am really hard to please). They hire friendly, professional contractors and get the jobs done on on-time.

Our kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience! I had never done a substantial remodel before, so I had lots of questions. George was patient and there for us every step of the way. From working with us on the concept, showing us how things worked together (and how they didn't), giving us a great design, helping us find the contractor to do the job, to making sure all the right stuff got ordered and that the finished product was everything we wanted. We are so grateful to have had George work with us and I cannot say enough good things about his work!
