Kay2 Contracting is an award winning Design-Build firm serving Calgary and area, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in every aspect of our work. This commitment is accomplished through our full service contracting company providing quality work, integrity, and on-time service. Kay2 Contracting prides itself on offering and providing its clients with all the tools needed to turn their dreams into reality. This process begins with a free in-house consultation by one of our highly trained renovation estimators who can help you with the design and planning of your project. This process continues with our project management and construction crews assuring that all of our client’s construction needs are met with meticulous attention to detail. It is our purpose to ensure a positive experience that enhances the quality of life for our customers.

We hired the Kay2 team to add a large home addition onto our home in NW Calgary, they did an amazing job from start to finish, design phase was smooth and construction was top notch and ahead of schedule. We really liked the scheduling software they use with all the notifications. A well organized firm, we recommend Kay2 if you are looking for a renovation.

We hired Kay2 Contracting to design and renovate our main floor back in November 2019, we are very happy with the whole process from the initial meeting with Moe to the design then construction was all a great experience, we are now living in our newly renovated space and were able to get back in before the proposed schedule, We will be using this firm again in the future.

We just completed an over a garage bonus room addition project with Kay2 Contracting, the whole team was very easy going and great to deal with. Designer had lots of knowledge and gave us lots of ideas, we are very pleased with Kay2 and do recommend them for anyone looking for a home renovation.

Big shout out to kay2 for the amazing customer service and the phenomanel renovation job they did in my basement ,there time frame was on point with no hassle what so ever , now I have my dream man cave better than I pictured it . I defintely recommend kay2 for anyone looking for a perfect job.

Moe and his team from Kay2 Contracting did a great job for our new home landscaping and fencing. Their price is reasonable compared to other competitors. They were timely and finished the job within the time frame we agreed upon. What I like most is that after finishing the landscaping and fencing, Moe visited several times to see the grass. They provided us with a detailed instructions on how to take care of the sod. We are highly satisfied with the work of Kay2 Contracting Ltd.
