If you’re ok with not having your project done at a decent time, making multiple phone calls for the same issue that never gets resolved, and sitting in a musty garage to get business taken care of. Then this is the place for you.

Christine designed our home from a "go by" picture/plan we brought in to her. We met with her several times to go over the plans. During the design phase we would meet and make changes that would not be made when I later picked up the plans or there would be a window suddenly missing for no reason or people would interrupt her focus during our appointment time. We moved forward and eventually finished the plans and started our house. The major problems were not discovered until after the slab was poured and framing began which was a costly nightmare and headache for us. Our stairs literally came across a main entryway where you could not stand up and walk through it and the landing ended up in the kitchen over our refrigerator. The pantry was supposed to be under the stairs. We ended up reconstructing with an open stair, had to add steps to the bottom but they are really steep and less than ideal. Then, the framers started upstairs and NONE of the walls fit within the roofing rafters. We literally came home to a closet outside the roofline and rafters cutting across windows etc. with them building it according to plan. The framers deconstructed all of that and after shutting down construction for 2 weeks while various ideas were tossed around of how to fix the problems it was determined we had to raise the wall heights to one room, pull a closet into what was supposed to be an open landing, added another window to an already 2 window dormer and changed one side of the roof pitch that hopefully only looks odd to me. Christine did assist with ideas along with our builder and framers in the redesign but it still cost us several thousand dollars which put us over bid on labor and material right from the start. We paid Christine at least $1,750 to design our house and we thought it reasonable to ask her for that $1,750 back to go towards the extra labor costs. She has not responded and to us she has not only shown herself to be inept in her job but also deficient in good character.

Christine does an excellent job. She really knows her stuff. Would highly recommend to anybody that is planning on designing a house from scratch.

She was absolutely professional, very knowledgeable, did everything we wanted on our floor plan as well as recommend other thing we overlooked. I loved working with her. She finished our floor plan in record time and did an excellent job.
