Our law firm recently engaged Integrity to design and build an extensive renovation to our offices. They provided outstanding, timely service. Both Integrity's management and on-site professionals were trustworthy, knowledgeable and, frankly, very pleasurable to deal with. The quality of work, beginning with the creative initial designs and culminating with the spectacular 'look and feel' of our new offices is nothing short of highly professional, if not truly excellent. In 2012, we hired Integrity Construction to provide us with design, build and construction management services for our hybrid timber frame in the City of Kawartha Lakes. We choose Integrity for several reasons. 1. We felt extremely confident in the team they had assembled and the Principals of the company 2. The fact that they provided design, build and construction management services under the same roof was very important to us. Our project with Integrity finished in the Fall of 2013. We would highly recommend them. Everyone involved in our build, including their sub-contractors were extremely professional and concerned about doing nothing short of "perfect" work. Integrity built our home as if they were building their own home and the finished product certainly demonstrates that. If you are looking for a quality builder that can provide you with awesome service, than Integrity should be your choice.

My husband and I retained Integrity to build a new cottage on our property on the north shore of Lake Simcoe. They are a design build timber frame firm. There are three principals each with a different responsibility. Phill is the designer and with our input we settled on a beautiful design for a timber frame hybrid very quickly. We then decided to proceed with the firm after checking out references who raved about them and we are so happy we did. The project is being supervised by Rob and Gerald is in the back ground providing the timber frame and the SIP panels and other custom construction materials. Integrity is providing the shell with most of the outside finished and then will supervise the trades who complete the interior. Our site supervisor, Joe has a great crew and the care in workmanship is obvious. Integrity has also been very careful will our treed lot which we appreciate. We are really pleased with how this project is coming along and highly recommend this firm to anyone building in the Lake Simcoe or Kawartha Lakes region.
