About Us

A home is one of, if not THE, most expensive object you will ever purchase. It also where we spend most of our time, hanging out, watching movies, throwing parties, and raising children. With this in mind, I take exceptional pride and care in producing a result that exceeds any expectation a buyer may have. I always like to include a little something extra for them at the end. Since I am a civil engineer there is an immediate professional standard I hold myself to, but past that, I thoroughly enjoy assisting in the home design from a layout and elevation to the interior design aspects. I am happy to work with any budget and would love to talk with anyone regarding future work.

This was our first time building, and Nick walked us through step by step. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail before even beginning. He was there to answer questions and deal with any concerns that we had. We were able to truly custom build our home but with guidance of someone who really knows what goes in a great house. I would highly recomment using Nick and Iron Point Construction for your custom building.

As a realtor, I often have the opportunity to refer clients to builders. Nick is one of those builders that I can confidently send my clients to for custom homes. His commitment to quality and professionalism are second to none, and his homes are never cookie cutter. He maintains constant communication throughout the building process, as well.

We used Iron Point Construction for our most recent house remodel. They were not only extremely helpful and professional, but their design ideas were impeccable. They helped us keep costs down while maintaining exceptional workmanship and unique design. I have seen several of their projects and they are always some of the most well-constructed and best designs I have ever seen! I am currently working with them to design my next house build which should get started in 2017!
