I have used Merlin’s furnace services over the last 10 years as a renter here in Park City, Utah. He has always been a man of his word, kept our heat on an is always cost effective being a renter. It only took a decade for me to write a review. Sorry friend.

Terrible service, showed up eight hours late. Did next to nothing and charger an arm and a leg. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

Took over a week and was constantly lied to when told he would show up. He is not a pro and should stick to analyzing the stars or whatever he does. Furnace still doesn't work. Merlin kept pushing appointments back and making excuses. He is not a professional!!!!

Replaced our water heater very quickly. In fact, he stayed very late one night to finish the job. I will definitely use again.
