New wave Enterprise

We live in Montreal, Canada. We looked everywhere locally for real Zellige tiles but couldn't find anything better than painted moroccan tiles. It took a while but we finally came upon www.mosaics-tiles.com and there were our tiles, in Morocco! We thought it would be too complicated and expensive at first but Muriel Bourgin was very helpful and patient, and we ordered the tiles. Had to pick them up at the customs at the airport a few weeks later, nothing too complicated in the end. A bit expensive with shipping and taxes for us but it adds up to less than the price of high end tiles bought locally. And these are certainly exclusive, beautiful hand-made tiles. In our bathroom, the tiles are covering two facing walls - the other ones are glass. The effect is stunning. Too bad the picture doesn't really show it! We would, we will, definitely order again from New Wave Enterprise.

Jais was a delight to deal with. Always prompt with email replies. I was hesitant on spending so much money and paying via bank transfer to a foreign country. To my most wonderful surprise the order was received by boat promptly. The quality is beautiful. I highly recommend Jais and NWE to any prospective clients, you can trust fully Jais's advice and quality.

I found New Wave Enterprise through Google. I was apprehensive about wiring a large sum of money to someone in Morocco who I didn't know - but i was desperate for zellij tiles and had to have them! Jais worked with me and my designer over email to help us to create the look that we wanted for two bathrooms. This included a custom colour. He sent us colour samples to make sure that he custom colour was to our liking. I found him easy to work with and I could not be happier with the result. He is professional and communicates well. I was in Morocco earlier this year on other business and I had the pleasure of finally meeting Jais in person and touring part of the production facility. I would definitely recommend New Wave Enterprise and I would buy from them again if I ever need more tiles.

We worked with New wave Enterprise for two different renovation projects in Brussels and we had both time an excellent experience ! They supplied us zellige tiles of excellent quality at a very competitive price and on top of that with a high level of client service. Very professional and very responsive to our various demands. Logistics and paper work for exportation was also perfectly handled by them and delivery dates respected. A very smooth experience with no bad surprises. These tiles will make any space unique! I love that they can be mixed with contemporary bathroom fixtures and sleek kitchens! All tiles came safe, no breakage...not even one!
