In love with everything JNI has done for us! I'm so happy that we found a great interior designer. We had a very ambitious time frame before moving into our new home in Barton Creek and Jamie was able to help us complete almost all of it before we moved. Obviously logistics have affected everything and our project was no exception but Jamie made the whole process easy. She is very professional, creative and pays attention to every detail. She listened and really understood our needs, our style and what we were looking for. Very easy to work with and recommend her to all of our friends and neighbors.

Working with Jamie has been just fantastic! We hired JNI to help us select furniture, wall coverings, rugs, pretty much everything for our home in Westlake. She helped us with our our living, dining, primary bedroom as well as a full redo of our main bath. We were blown away with Jamie's attention to detail and the overall design of each room. Everything looks AMAZING and Jamie made the whole process seem so simple, even though we know it wasn't. I came seeking Jamie's help after a less than stellar experience with another very established designer in the Austin area. Right away, I could see the difference in service, from Jamie's billing model to the way she presented me with options and ideas to achieve the look I wanted while being mindful of my budget - in the short time I have been working with her, she has already pointed out several details that my previous designer had never even mentioned to me. Not all designers are created equal (I learned the hard way!) and Jamie and her team are the real deal - her design aesthetic is impeccable, and she is a pleasure to work with.

Jamie is the perfect fit for anyone looking for a designer who can take your vision and completely bring it to life! She handled the entire design process for my business as well as ongoing design help for my home remodel project. While I'm great at identifying what I like vs what I don't like, I am rubbish at putting all the pieces together, but Jamie is FANTASTIC at that! I told her the overall "vibe" I wanted for my space, and she helped select finishes and design details that all worked so well together and really brought the vision to life. She executed the vibe of my commercial space so well, that when my customers see it, they actually describe the space in the EXACT wording I gave Jamie when I described my vision - I'd call that 100% NAILED IT! I can't wait to continue our work together on my home remodel, because I'm sure that will be the vision come to life as well!

Blinds that were selected, purchased and installed shed and unravel on all 12 bay windows; received a coffee table (that was final sale and warped) and the top will not close; table is useless and could not be fixed. I was told that this was a 'final sale as is piece of furniture' however, was not advised of this warp damage (I would not have selected this piece if I was advised it was warped).

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback from your Jan. 2017 project.

The coffee table was a final sale item as it was a discontinued piece and we purchased the last of the available stock. Unfortunately, it did come in with an issue that was determined to be un-repairable by the furniture repair shop. The manufacturer offered a full refund b/c there was no remaining stock to replace it. This option was presented to you but you ultimately decided you wanted to keep the table as is. We would have been more than happy to refund you the full amount at the time.

I'm so sorry to hear about the woven shades. If they did come unraveled by no fault of your own then the manufacturer has a lifetime warranty. I will reach out to get this issue resolved. If you have any other questions or concerns please reach out via phone or email and we can address any issues.

Jamie is really easy to work with. She gives lots of options and viewpoints so you are well informed. She helped us with our daughters room makeover, two bathroom remodels and stairwell and kitchen lighting. She was also extremely helpful in resolving a problem with a vendor regarding bathroom fixtures. She took care of the whole thing and removed the stress from our side. We would definitely recommend her.
