Jack is a great listener and problem solver. We explained to him what our issues were with our second floor and he presented great solutions to those issues. He helped us find the best general contractor for our renovation. We are very pleased with the result of our renovation. I have just hired Jack to work with me again on a house I will be renovating and selling. Jack is reliable, listens very well, and is very careful to design within the improvement budget. This will be the 4th project i have hired him on. Plans are done on schedule and he is flexible with changes, as I usually change plans on the go! I would very much recommend him and in fact I have.

We purchased our home with a complete renovation, remodel and addition plan on our mind. We worked with Jack on a thorough design plan, working through every detail of our renovated home. We worked with Jack Burns Architecture in 2012 to design a large addition and renovation to our existing home in Ardmore Pa. Jack and his team met with us several times to fully understand our goals...which changed several times in various areas of the project...and he and his team were not only patient with us, but they eagerly worked with us to continue to customize the project to our evolving needs. Jack's vision was first rate as were his professional drawings (according to our builder). Everything was delivered on time and on budget. The addition was quite substantial and the renovation touched almost every room in our home...the best reviews have come from friends and family and range from: "you really cannot tell how big the addition is from the road," and "I love all the angles and set back roof lines," to "how did you hide a 40 foot steel beam in the kitchen!" Jack was attentive throughout the build process and was quick to make minor adjustments when needed and developed a good working relationship with our builder.
