Simply put: you want your plants killed & to be charged for services that weren’t done, I’d recommend this company. When these issues were addressed with them, they refused to give a refund or even pay for the plants they killed. We wasted thousands on these people. You’d think that during COVID a local business would appreciate their customers, but we couldn’t have been more wrong to think that. Maybe it’s because they were able to continue operations when everyone else had to shut down, so they have no need to provide great service. Lesson learned - we now have an incredible local business we use that actually care. So in a way, thank you for sucking so we could find an even better company!

I have never left a negative review on any service before, which should tell you a lot about the experience you can expect with this organization. From what I understand, they do a good job on project work, (which is what a lot of the reviews were about if you read them) but I didn't catch that, so if you're looking for a maintenance company to take care of your lawn, garden and property, look elsewhere. Their employees even openly talked about how poor their service has become, but their management, despite being flagged to the challenge, do absolutely nothing to fix unless you count giving ridiculous excuses. We spent over $3,000 in one summer, on a tiny yard, and we're left with a lawn that other companies now taking over can't believe was taking care of at all, let alone by a professional company. Stay away, there are better companies for half the price.
