We are a residential architecture firm specializing in single family homes, renovations and additions, sustainable homes and consulting. At JBA we focus on how each space fits our client. Just as each company and person is different, each home will have its own distinctive look and feel. Our projects are specifically tailored to your needs. Whether it is a small addition or a new home, we will design your living space to be the best place for you and your family. Our goal is always to incorporate your wants and needs with good design practices to make your home comfortable for each person. I had custom home builder Gary Manus build an accessory dwelling unit for me, and he used Jennifer Benson Architecture. Jennifer was very easy to work with and I am very happy with the custom end result that was achieved using both these professionals. I am probably going to engage her to help me with another ADU at my other rental property here in Charlotte in the coming months. I really couldn't be happier! A+++

Jennifer Benson is a true professional! She exhibited remarkable patience with our stream-of-consciousness ideas and requests. Taking my rough sketches and distilling them through filters of NC Building Code, affordability, and then applying her extensive experience; we got timely, high quality drawings that reflect our vision and that show all involved HOW to realize our dream. Her competitive pricing made using a Professional Architect the smarter choice for all that's involved in our two room addition and interior remodel. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Benson and her firm was the BEST decision I have ever made pertaining to remodeling my house. Her attention to detail in maintaining the historical and architectural significance of my house was spot on. Home was built in 1926 and wanted to blend the old (living room , dining room) with the new (kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Less than a month after the completion of the project, the home was part of a Christmas tour of homes. Accolades were plentiful to say the least!! (over 600 people toured in 2 days). Would not hesitate at all to recommend this OUTSTANDING professional. You will not go wrong with Jennifer Benson Architecture. PLLC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
