Extensive remodel of ranch. Added second floor wall of windows, expanded second floor, new bath, remodel of another, new kitchen, replaced almost all windows and floors, solid craftsmanship, very skilled and conscientious employees, utilized good subs. Tom Spivey was extremely helpful with selection of materials, floors, woodwork, counters, plumbing, backslash, marble, etc.

Jefferson Fine Homes pulled off a "water into wine" waterfront remodel with a very tight budget and a tough client. I especially commend Partner Tom Spivey with superior diplomatic abilities, and with bringing a high level of quality that made it better final product than it would have been with other builders, by maximizing value and being in synch with the spirit of the design throughout. Jefferson brought in an energetic and capable superintendent as well, which served the client well. The owner got a lot of value through the design and quality execution of this remodel.

Jefferson Fine Homebuilders built the house I live in now. In addition, I used them for a major home restoration/renovation, and I also lived in a rental house that they had completely remodeled. What truly sets Tom apart is his keen eye for aesthetic and the ability to use it designing and building a home in any type of style.
