StructOne is a full service building contractor with expertise that spans the entire life-cycle of construction that includes Construction Management, Design, General Construction, Program and Project Management, Roofing, Concrete, and Consulting. StructOne and Mr. Hurtado also provide bid reviews, constructability reviews, expert services involving construction defect disputes, and can investigate and defend many contractor license bond claims.
Services Provided
After being involved on several public works projects Mr. Hurtado decided to pursue a law degree to better understand the legal ramifications of the public contract codes & their intersection with construction contract rights, rules, & politics. Mr. Hurtado earned his J.D. in 2013 & with the end goal of pursuing a Juris Scientiae Doctoris he earned his Master of Laws in U.S. Law in 2014 from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
