Jim joined Automation Associates as the Operations Manager. Using his strong combination of technical expertise and management experience, Jim led and managed a team of internationally acclaimed home automation installers, and was integral in planning, system design, installation, and project management. Jim’s performance and solid understanding of business practice led him to become the Chief Financial Officer where he provided financial management across all of the operations and projects. Now as a Refresh Auckland home renovation consultant, Jim draws on this experience to provide a friendly and welcoming contact for homeowners wishing to renovate. Jim has the project management and staff/subcontractor relationships to ensure that any project that he undertakes comes in on time, and on budget, with a focus on the end result for his clients. “I love meeting people and helping make that important change in their family’s lives.
