During the building process James kept us informed by organizing weekly meetings to go over construction at that point to discuss any issues or concerns. James and his team have done a sensational job in renovating our en-suite, main bathroom, powder room, 4 bedrooms, and kitchen. James and his team recently completed the renovation of the upstairs of our Queenslander in East Brisbane. The project included extending the house, moving some internal walls and replacement of the kitchen and ensuite. We found James and his team to be highly professional with a great eye for detail. The work was completed on time and budget and to a high standard. We lived in the property throughout the renovation and James went out of his way to accommodate us. The renovation project on our 1925 Queenslander was only a dream, until James turned it into an amazing reality. From our first consultation, he understood our vision and was able to offer suggestions, which made the end result even better than we had ever imagined. James was most courteous and was professional in all that he did. He was accommodating and flexible in the dates he was required to do things to fit in with the kitchen renovation people. In the last stages of the work James was given 3 different dates to complete work, this did not phase him and he finalised on the final date given. James and his team carried out major renovations and construction works for our 1980 built lowset brick acreage home. James turned the house into the contemporary functional home that we were hoping for. Works included new insulated fly over patio, new porte-cochere, new underground stormwater system for the water tanks, new kitchen, new main bathroom, new en suite, new WIR, new foyer, 6 panel stacker sliding door to patio, new open plan kitchen, living and lounge room layout. New tiles (his tiler Chris is an absolute perfectionist) as are the gyprock/plasterers James employs. Upgrades to most of the electricals.was also carried out to ensure 100% safety and functionality. James ensured all works were carried out according to the engineering and architectural drawings provided. He also dealt with changes / upgrades we wanted to make along the way very well. In addition James came up with good suggestions/ideas which have further enhanced the overall project. James delivered the project as per the contract price. In terms of time frame James delivered a quality renovation / construction project for us ahead of schedule. We found James to be a very honest, reliable, polite, well organised, approachable and flexible person from our initial discussions during the quote phase and all the way through to completion. James from JLG Projects built our raised deck with a flyover roof. From start to finish we found James great to deal with, easily solving any issues that came up, offering sound advice and keeping us in the picture the whole time. The end result was way beyond our expectation and his attention to detail is really impressive. We engaged JLG Projects to renovate our home. We had an extension to the main bedroom including a new ensuite bathroom, a new timber deck , as well as a timber floor throughout the main living areas. The project took about 3 months. James was extremely well organised & managed the project effortlessly, including dealing with third party contractors and vendors. We engaged James to add a 50sq/m extension to our home, taking it from a 3 bed/1 bath to a 4 bed/2 bath. The end-to-end process took approx. 4 months.
