My complete renovation/redecorating project went very smoothly and painlessly thanks to John Davies Painting. My 46 year old home was very tired, inside and out. Stage one of my home rejuvenation began last year, which was remedying a diabolical exterior cedar restraining attempt by a "cowboy". It was a major! Thankfully I had the good fortune to have John step up to the challenge. The cedar weatherboards were painstakingly stripped and sanded back to the original timber over a period of weeks then built up from there to a fantastic paint finish that far exceeded my expectations. Stage two: the interior. At the initial meeting John provided a very realistic timeline and quote for the project. All deadlines were met, even when the inevitable small problem arose here and there which is to be expected. John has an affable, no nonsense, practical approach to his work and would have to be the most reliable and honest tradesperson I have ever hired/engaged in all of my 30 plus years of home ownership. John's meticulous attention to detail and pride in his work shines through in the finished product. He does it once and does it right, there are absolutely no shortcuts.
