Goodfellas worked diligently on major interior renovations starting in December 2007 to June 2008 to an older 45 year home including wall movement, new construction, mechanical services, and more. New technology incorporated into existing structure, and major aesthetic changes Matching expectations to site limitations and budget is always an issue. Goodfellas did an overall admirable and professional job. Eager to please and willing to adjust on the fly to accommodate modifications.

John renovated my kitchen and bathroom in 2010. I was very pleased with his professionalism. His trades were also very professional. On my job, he provided a Master Plumber and a Master Electrician. I found John surpassed my expectations. The budget remained the same as the day he first presented it to me. Since the initial kitchen/bathroom renovation, I have hired Goodfella's for basement renos, a deck and a veranda. All in all, I have found John, of Goodfella's, to be responsible, kind and professional. I know that because of John's high quality work, he added a great deal of equity in my home.

Goodfella's transformed our ugly carpeted, bedroom and stairs into a warm, relaxing, oasis. Paint was professionally applied and lovely hardwood was thoughtfully installed over a new subfloor. The result is that every night we can climb beautiful rich hardwood steps, to a solid, attractive and relaxing second floor 'retreat'. The result is just what we were looking and hoping for.

I hired Goodfella's to oversee an infill project in Edmonton. John provided excellent advice and guidance to the general contractor, which resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. So much so, that after the infill project was completed, I have engaged Goodfella's on a number of other projects as General Contractor and have every intention of continuing to work with Goodfella's on projects in the future.

Scope of work was miscellaneous house maintenance (interior and exterior) as well as some 'spot improvements'. Excellent workmanship, best products, great advice. Spot projects included refinishing kitchen, doors and finishes in anti room, and glazing installation in rec room. exterior painting and concrete sealing, etc.

The company has been very forthcoming when it comes to pricing with labor and material. There were brochures and good suggestions and of course there was transparency from the beginning including previous jobs done and recommendations. The company is very professional and knowledgeable.

We hired Goodfella's twice over two years. The first time to replace the roof and redo the siding on one side of our 100 year old house and build new front steps. Both subcontractors involved were excellent. The second time we did some interior work involving painting and some exterior work involving painting and landscaping. Both times the work was done on schedule.
