Kitchen Design by John's Appliance & Bedding

Went into John‘s to buy a stove, microwave and dishwasher today. Stood at the desk area for 10 minutes making eye contact with multiple salesmen/women who were all standing around talking to each other. Not one person came over and asked if they could help me with a purchase, or ask if I needed anything. Not sure if it was because I was a single older woman or what, but it doesn’t really matter. Heading over to Home Depot to buy the appliances.

So far I am not impressed by John's appliance and bedding. I purchased a GE oven and fridge. I was told the fridge would not be in until mid February 2022. I received my oven. When I went to use the oven light it did not work. When I used the stove top to cook I heard a pop noise. Thought it was the oil in my pan. After cooking and went to clean the stove top I noticed it had a large crack. That was the pop noise I heard. Called John's Appliance and our sales person Michael didn't seem to care. He transfered us to the service department where we could only leave a message. Not impressed with service so far. Also my refridgerator which was not to arrive until mid February shows up just before Christmas. Sounds great except we were not notified of the delivery. I had to refuse my new fridge because we told our sales person Michael Tate we could not receive the fridge until our kitchen was remodeled in January. The fridge would not fit until the kitchen was remodeled. 1. So far new stove top cracked when cooking. 2. Salesman Michael Tait doesn't care anymore after he make a sale. 3. Service department doesn't call you back in a timely manner or at all. 4. Left message for delivery department about fridge delivery i wasn't notified about and no one from John's Appliance ever called me back. I will never do business with John's Appliance ever again. A very poorly run business if you have issues. Prices are cheaper at Home Depot and Lowes. I went with John's Appliance because I wanted to support small business. What a mistake so far.

My sales rep Krystal Mcay was amazing. She was very "real". A lot of common sense. Listened to my needs. Found me exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Friendly. A real go-to and the next time I need stuff, she will be the one I'm looking for!

Hello. We are just starting our journey with John’s appliance and remodeling our kitchen. We are working with Anna and she is a sweetheart. She is very smart and professional and prompt. We have not started our Kitchen yet. But with all the awesome reviews how could we not use John’s appliance! Can’t wait to get started!

We had an awesome experience with John's Appliance in regards to the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel. We met with several providers and couldn't be happier with our cabinetry from selection to installation. John's was willing to work with me the way I wanted to, efficiently and out-of-the-box. Bobby was our installer and he was a Master installer, Kevin was our salesman and designer. They both were extraordinary in taking care of every detail and making sure things were done the way we wanted in the time-frame promised while offering their expertise as well. Hands down we would choose them again.

I am amazingly pleased With the work that has been done by Kevin and Bobby from John's appliance. The cabinetry work is flawless and there was so much love and pride put into their work Never did I expect such quality work for such a wonderful price. As they worked I could tell they love what they do and are aiming to please. When I saw my cabinetry work finished tears came to my eyes because it was better than anything that I could imagine. Out of all the sub contractors that have worked in my home they definitely deserve a 5 star . The Crown molding is absolutely stunning and they completely aim please !!!! With great pride I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and all of my family❣ their work is flawless❣ thank you so much Johnson Appliance and Kevin and Bobby! You made or house a home!!!!

Kevin was spectacular throughout the whole process. His communication skills were fantastic. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed during every step of the project. Ed installed the cabinets. He did a flawless job. They were two of the best people we worked with while building our new home. HIGHLY recommend both of these gentleman. We also could not be happier with the Urban Effects cabinets.

We would like to commend Kevin Davis, Kitchen Designer, with the incredible job he did designing our beautiful kitchen. He is with you every step of the way and is always available to answer any concerns or questions you may have. He spends as much time as you need and was very patient with me as I am not great at making decisions and changed my mind on details on more than a couple occasions. Kevin not only takes pride in his work but also takes your satisfaction with your kitchen personally. The installer also did an incredible job and we bought our appliances there as well. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin at John's sold us top of the line cherry cabinets at a very good price, arranged to have them installed by a superb installer, gave us contact info for other trusted trades (glass, granite,plumber, etc) and responded beautifully ---and inexpensively---to requested changes. He is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him and John's.

I purchased my appliance package with them and they were very knowlegable and very helpful with my decision on what was best for me. I also later had home service with them and they were very prompt in taking care of my issues. I was very pleased with the service. I will certainly use them again!

Stopped by for a price on a Viking stovetop. Price was competive with what I saw online so I ordered. I felt better ordering directly from a business and not worrying about the item being damaged in shiipping.
