Countryside Plumbing Sewer and Septic

Jordan Johnson & team did a fantastic job helping my wife and I get back to normal with a first-floor renovation after water damage that spanned about 1600 feet. We had a challenge that required expert craftsmanship with regards to two custom cabinets/islands that needed to be deconstructed and reconstructed again (including electrical/fridge in both cabinets). Absolutely flawless work Services included: 1) New copper piping in the bathroom and laundry room 2) Completely replaced drywall, patching, painting, etc. 3) New trim work in 5 rooms 4) Priming & Painting 5) Complete remodel of our powder room including installing toilet, pedestal sink, new piping, and new shutoff valves. 6) New shutoff valves in the laundry room In addition to the above services, we contracted Jordan and team to help us install a septic backflow preventer. Now, we are working with him and his team on designing our basement + all season room of our dreams. Jordan is an outstanding contractor and his main goal is customer satisfaction. Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Design Services & GC work, he does it all very well. Hire him! Jordan and team exceeded my expectations, and was able to help us deal with an extremely stressful situation (septic water damage), which put us out of our house for a few weeks. He constantly communicated with my wife and I, and also provided recommendations for ways to help prevent something like this happening again. We will be hiring him to help us redo our basement, all season room, and stamped concrete or brick paver patio. Jordan is 1st most concerned with customer satisfaction, and doesn't over/undercharge. I contacted about 10 contractors and Jordan's approach was far and away the best approach for us. We needed a professional who could help with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and organizing the work that needed to be done. One day he even helped when our furnace went out (unrelated to his work -- we hired hvac cleaning company that made a mistake), without hesitation, Jordan stepped in and started troubleshooting as he was concerned that we wouldn't have heat with temps in the 30s. Fantastic company to work with.

Johnson Fine Homes did an exceptional job on our 13' x 31' deck, 12' x 22' pergola & 8 person hot tub install! The job came in very close to original estimate considering the number changes I requested. Jordan (Owner) & his crew are great communicators that explained their way through the job to my wife & me. More important than the rest was the crew's attention to detail & willingness to continually offer suggestions to enhance the project. High attention to detail! Very pleased with the work!

He came in with a very good bid to complete the job and did well, had him to further work inside my home and completed task with respect to my home and family.

The project was a new deck. The work was done outdoors in winter working around setbacks due to weather. We were kept up to date as to progress and the work was done by a friendly team. The project site was kept contained and cleaned up when finished. We have a great looking new deck and now that spring has arrived we have begun to enjoy it.
