BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I can't say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism of Jon and Prestwick Custom Homes. We got bids from 3 other general contractors, and Jon not only beat their bids, but he was able to give us substantially more with his bid and with a much earlier finish date. He goes above and beyond to handle any and all issues that arise, and he also made sure everything we wanted became a reality. Prestwick led us through every step of the custom home building process and made it an easy and enjoyable experience. They are impeccably honest and transparent, not to mention kind-hearted and patient. We love our home! It is beautiful and was finished on time and within our budget. We highly recommend Jon and Prestwick Custom Homes if you are building or remodeling. You will not regret it!!

We have used Jon and his team before on an addition and had a great experience, so when we were looking to remodel our home, we knew just who to call! This was a huge project, essentially remodeling all aspects of the interior of our home. Jon is very detail oriented and meticulous in the planning. He is honest and upfront about any possible issues that could arise before they happen and his communication is what you would hope for when making this type of investment. He and his subs (most of whom he has worked with for years) were all so respectful and professional throughout the project, as they essentially became a part of our family during that time, being in our home every day for several months. We have 3 dogs and kids they had to work around and always made sure doors were closed and everything was safe for us to still live there while the work was being done. Jon's wife Kim helped me so much on the design aspect, from paint and lighting to flooring and all of the other details and was so much fun to work with. The project was finished on time, actually came in a tad under budget and we couldn't be happier! We have referred many friends and neighbors to Jon, many of whom have also done projects with him and have been just as impressed. We love our "new" home, thanks to Jon and Prestwick Homes!
