About Us

Over the past 26 years, I have helped hundreds of homeowners design the home of their dreams for about the same price of quality online plans. I understand how much each element adds to the design and keeping the budget in mind. I take pride in developing plans and designs that will work within my client’s goals and budget while implementing features and fresh design ideas that separate a custom home from a cookie-cutter, mass-produced house. It is easy to draw a stunning home with all the bells and whistles when money isn’t an issue, but it’s another thing to bring well designed floor plans and elevations and stay within the budget.

Josh was really great to work with and my wife and I could not be happier with how our plans turned out for our dream home. We've built several homes prior, but this was the first time we really started from scratch and built our plan exactly the way we wanted it. 5 stars to Josh. We were referred to Josh from a mutual friend and we're so glad we were! We had a unique situation in that we were adding an addition to our small ranch home. Josh listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions that we hadn't thought of, and presented us with plans that far exceeded our expectations. The entire process was smooth, easy, and fun. We found Josh to be really personable and very easy to work with, especially since everything we did was virtual due to Covid. We'd most definitely recommend Josh and iCAD Design to anyone looking for an architect.

Josh was fantastic to work with on our custom home! He took the image I had in my head and put it on paper. He made great recommendations. Josh was always very responsive, even after we changed our window sizes for the 5th time. He designed a home for my family and my parents, using the input from both families to design our dream home. I would highly recommend Josh and iCAD designs!

iCAD DESIGN Inc. and Rohn Associates were excellent architects for our new home. Their precision and knowledge helped to ensure our sub-contractors were provided the information they needed in order to complete bids and assist us in building our house. From changes to suggestions, they were patient through the process and gave feedback based on their building expertise. I cannot say enough good things about their processes, procedures, and attention to detail. Our house is perfect because of their initial effort.

We used Josh with iCAD Design to design our new house we were building on a golf course. He listened well and always provided suggestions of ways we could meet our needs. He was also very mindful of our budget and would let us know if design choices would greatly impact our cost to build. We have and would recommend him again to friends and family.
