Joy was a pleasure to work with. She listened to my wants and needs and turned rough sketches supplied by me into an extremely workable kitchen and scullery. her advice on surfaces, adaptability and colour choices were spot on. With her attention to detail and product knowledge, she was able to deliver the plans on time and identified any price overruns from my budget.

I have found Joy a pleasure to work with, her proficent and competent approach towards ideas/design is out standing I found Joy very helpful when it comes to what suits a particular area that is being reconfigured. I would totally recommend her to our family and friends any time. Also a big CONGRATULATIONS on 2018 kitchen design award well done Joy :)

Joy was fantastic. She listened carefully to what we wanted and advised accordingly. She Was very generous with her time and drew several different designs to help us choose. The end product is brilliant and we thoroughly enjoy using the kitchen. I would highly recommend Joy to anyone .

Joy provided a most pleasurable design experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, patience and design flair resulted in a kitchen we are very proud of! It is both aesthetically pleasing as well as extremely functional. Joy certainly would be our 'go to' person should we ever have another kitchen to design.

Found Joy lovely to work with and nothing was ever a problem. Joy was available to see and talk over plans anytime and help guide me in my selection of materials and colour. However we were disappointed when she moved back to Havelock and didn't have the help and direction we needed when problems arose

Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback, it was a pleasure working with you throughout the design of your new kitchen space. I apologise that once I moved to my new office in Havelock that the experience after the design process did not go as smoothly. Rawcraft now have newly trained staff in the Napier office, so going forward questions upon manufacture can now be more efficiently answered.

After meeting Joy i knew straight away that i wanted her to design my kitchen. As a first home buyer i was anxious about re-doing the kitchen, she took all of that away and made the process very easy. Having a young designer design my kitchen was wonderful, she is professional, friendly, and has a lot of passion for her work. I would highly recommend Joy to everyone.
