I really enjoy working with Jason. He is so professional, is easy to work with, and had great taste. I always enjoying helping him and his clients.

Our home was built in 1960 and we wanted to keep the home's very livable style. We also wanted to utilize furniture from our previous home, from my parents' home, new pieces and vintage pieces. All this within the constraints that the design be family friendly to two teenagers and a dog! Jason has made that happen and more! We have collaborated on almost every room in our home.

Jason Todd Bailey is a creative genius! Our condo was destroyed due to a flood and he took it from bare studs to the unique, custom, one of a kind home it is today. Jason was on hand during construction which was critical to the success of the project. He was here during every phase of the job, working well under tight pressure. His knowledge, experience and broad appreciation of architecture made it a pleasure for us to work with him. We are elated with the outcome, the result was beyond our dreams. We would and have recommended him to people who want an architect/designer who pays attention to every detail and who remains engaged during the entire process of designing their space.

We hired Jason Bailey to redesign our kitchen. Being a 1920s bungalow there was little built-in storage existing, so this was a main priority, but opening up and bringing more light into the rather dark space was also important to us. Jason was able to accomplish both of these requests, redesigning the space with more modern, clean and simple lines that we prefer while still complementing the existing architecture. We could not be more happy with his design work. Our kitchen has the look and feel we wanted while being extremely functional allowing us to find storage for everything. He stayed on budget, and though the project went a little long, that was more for our add-ons or minor changes.

Jason's architectural education and background proved to be very useful in our bathroom/laundry remodel. He understands and works very well with space and symmetry. He also brings a vast knowledge of products and materials to the table. He is very detail oriented, and spends considerable time helping you make decisions. He does not try to gouge you to make money on product and material choices. He will handle that however you would like to handle it. He also does not come up with wild designs that are clearly meant to line his pockets. He has a very down to earth personality, and he is conscious of the project costs and your budget. He also cooperates well with contractors. If the contractor has issues or questions about the design, Jason is flexible in either explaining it or making changes to keep the job moving. I have no doubt Jason is one of the top modern architect/designers in town. Can't wait to work with him again.

Jason has an excellent sense of style. He listens to his clients and guides his design to his clients" taste. Unlike some designers, he does not try to dominate the client. He has a skilled and dedicated eye for bargains. Importantly, he is a good human being and we are fortunate to know him.

Jason Bailey is that rare, unassuming designer who flies "under the radar" right along side of the best interior designers in the South. His quiet, introspective and thoughtful demeanor belies an unusually clever, creative and highly educated design mind with a wicked sense of humor. We love this guy! For a truly original, fresh and modern design approach, he's your guy too. Jason adeptly directs, manages and examines every detail of a project from the architecture to the smallest details on a piece of custom furniture. We are delighted to recommend such a consummate design professional.

Jason is a dream to work with! We have used him for 2 projects (full reno on a 2 bed condo and partial reno on a house). He is a real artist- not just a designer/architect. On the first project he presented me with a beautiful hand drawn rendering of his vision. After that I knew the project was going to go well! His use of space is fantastic. We purchased a home where the master bath had one sink, small stand up shower and 2 small closets. He fully redesigned the bathroom to have a double vanity, huge shower and walk in closet. This is just one story of how much he impresses me with his work! We will continue to use Jason for any design projects we have!
