Kathy Okonske

I was very lucky to have found Kathy and her colleague Kristy Harper-Cartier at Lowe's in Gilford when I decided to remodel my kitchen. I had an overall idea, but had no idea how to actually make it happen. They helped me execute just what I wanted. When I struggled with the back-splash design, Kathy found me EXACTLY what I envisioned even though I could not describe it very well. She maximized the cabinets for my space and I could not have been happier with the end result.

Kathy is an excellent kitchen designer. She is smart, professional and knowledgeable. She has a lot of ideas and suggestions. She is experienced, very accommodating and prompt in her communication with her customers. We tried several places that deal with kitchens and kitchen design and Kathy stood out above all of them. She goes the extra step to not only provide you with the best solution for the application that you are looking for, but also to give you the best-priced product without sacrificing the quality. We were very happy to work with her and we would recommend her to anyone who has a kitchen project on their mind.

Kathy was great, from beginning to end. She has extensive knowledge and ideas that were so helpful to us, as we have never renovated or done any other construction before this. Even now, I still email her questions, and she is so quick to respond to everything. We would highly recommend Kathy for a renovation project to anyone-in fact, we have referred others to her and they are also very pleased

Kathy designed an update to our kitchen and two bathrooms. She also remodeled a bathroom to become a laundry room with a toilet and sink. Her kitchen and laundry room design met my storage, and work space needs. Her eye for color choices, color coordination and design exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the end results of Kathy's work.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy Okonske on a new home project. Specifically she helped me with the kitchen design and also the cabinet and counter choices for all of the bathrooms. There are so many things I could write about the great work! First off, she has a keen eye for design - she made many suggestions which helped to make the decisions so easy for me. Secondly, the customer service she provides is superb - always easy to reach, always emails and calls back promptly. I'm so pleased with the results- she is the best! She was very attentive to my budget requirements as well.

We purchased a house that was desperately in need of an update. Kathy listened carefully to what we were looking for in a kitchen and designed a beautiful and functional kitchen. She actually helped us save money by keeping an eye out for rebates, manufacture discounts, etc.! She has a wonderful design aesthetic that has resulted in the kitchen of our dreams!
