When you want to get it done right Kathy is your go to person!! Over the past 5 years she has been my rock in preparing my Aunt's home for sale which because of her vision and creativity sold for $125,000 over the asking price in 2013 before the housing bubble! I have continued to work with her on my home, which she was very gracious to let me do it in segments, a work-in- progress approach. She is an amazing listener, backs up her suggestions with samples/photos. follows a plan and has the ability to sense when the client needs to move forward! Bottomline, Ron and still can't believe when we are sitting in our Family Room at night that it is ours....it has absolutely been transformed!!! I can't go without mentioning that when our job was completed, if that is ever possible, Kathy has remained available to us! What a delightful experience!!

Cathy did a great staging job for us. She used our furnishings embellished with her accessories. She provided detailed lists outlining which pieces stay & which go & then rearranged the remainder, moving pieces to different rooms to achieve a pleasing layout. She has a knack for pulling random furnishings into a cohesive, peaceful environment using colour, layout & accessories. Cathy made the decluttering & staging processes simple. The de-staging was also streamlined as Cathy is uber organized & works quickly. Lastly, Cathy's fee is very reasonable. We will definitely use her again!

We consulted Kathy to stage our home for sale. She made very creative suggestions to brighten up the home, remove clutter, reposition furniture, and make it much more inviting to those who toured the home. I called 5 stagers to get a feel for whether they were going to be a good fit for my house and budget. Kathy is a very personable person who shows great care in her work. She gives great suggestions and is open to listening to your own vision. Kathy Booth very kindly helped us by making decorating suggestions for our home (which is an older home that was totally renovated).
