I would highly recommend Just-Stage-It. Kathy provides a level of knowledge and expertise that is so valuable. When I hired Kathy, I had a specific goal of renting my home during the DNC. We succeeded in our goal and never could have gotten our house into rentable shape without her helpful input.
You get a lot of bang for your buck with Kathy – I have had two 90-minute sessions, ranging from initial consult/idea-gathering/first steps to execution of new art and décor and improvements, with handyman supervision. I look forward to using Kathy again for future projects. It really took a load off my mind to have her assist in solving the puzzle that is home-staging combined with living real life.
Kathy is very respectful of your time and will work with your schedule. She starts adding value and making smart suggestions as soon as she walks in the door. She then captures everything in a document so you don’t miss any details, and adds a bunch of other resource information and further suggestions. She has continued to look for items that I need, and is quick and organized in her communication to let me know when she sees something I am in search of – great follow-up! She is also very honest and diplomatic and gives you the information and advice that you need to SUCCESSFULLY complete your project.
Kathy is very impressive in her ability to understand your goals and needs very quickly. I have never had to re-explain what we are trying to accomplish – she totally gets it. She is VERY helpful to have on hand when the handyman is there – she thought of a bunch of things I never would have thought to tell him.
