Ken Bonville, President, is a graduate Civil-Engineer of The United States Military Academy at West Point. John E. McFay II, Vice President, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Michigan’s Lawrence Technological University.

We recently hired Bonville Construction for two home renovation projects. Every phase was completed with the highest standards, within budget, on time and to our complete satisfaction. It was a seem less process. We highly recommend Bonville Construction for any sized project. This is an exceptional company!

Bonville Construction is our “go-to” company, now and in our future. We used Bonville Construction for three major home projects: 1) A complete 600 square foot custom finished bonus room addition atop our garage…This included constructing a new roof, adding dormers, installing a full bathroom, designing and installing finished cabinetry, adding a new zoned HVAC system, and much more. 2) The custom design and construction of an attached patio pergola and arbor additions to the rear deck and yard areas of our home. 3) The complete sealing and insulation of our 4,300 square foot crawl space. This included the re-location of an existing crawl space access. All three projects were completed on time, within budget, and maximized access and living convenience to us as residents. Ken, John and their entire team are the best in the business. They are hands on, extremely honest, hardworking, friendly and their integrity in unquestionable. They are an excellent company and we unconditionally highly recommend them for any major or minor construction project: Remodel, New Home Construction, Energy Efficient or Solar Projects, Engineering and Architectural Planning, and other Building Business Referrals. Bonville Construction is the most conscientious builder I have ever worked with. Work is done correctly and to high quality or it is done over. They have the highest standards I have encountered. I would recommend them for the smallest remodeling job to the a complete house including architecture and design. You will find none better!

Bonville Construction built our home in Forest Creek. We were living out-of-state at the time and were kept up-to-date with photos, emails and phone calls. If we had any questions, they would get back to us immediately. They have some of the best sub-contractors in the area and all are a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with our home! If you are looking for a builder in the area, you can't go wrong working with Ken Bonville and John McFay.
