I can't recommend Kcimory Designs highly enough. I approached the company when I saw one of their beautiful floor lamps on Instagram to see if I could get a lamp made and sent to Australia. I wanted a custom made lamp, larger than the original design, which was no problem at all for Kcimory, except for the ridiculously increased freight costs. I was both surprised and delighted when Kcimory got back in touch with me to say they'd approached the freight company and it had agreed to sent the larger lamp for the price of the small one. Kcimory were professional and responsive during the ordering process giving me great advice when choosing materials and colours. Payment was a breeze and I was given regular updates on the progress of my lamp. It arrived safely, securely and on time. I love my new lamp and it has a happy home across the Tasman. Kcimory was commissioned to make a customised stool based on one of their existing product designs. Communication throughout the process was excellent – particularly the confirmation of the specification. The stool was delivered on-time. The end product was finished to an extremely high quality with the high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail evident in every aspect of the piece. Even the packaging was excellent!
