Do not waste your time or money. Honestly, find another company. Everything from the quality of the work to the communication with the owner was a nightmare.

Completely redid kitchen and first floor. The experience was pretty much a nightmare. High staff turnover, sloppy work, and overall poor communication with owner, Would never work with company again.

This was one of the best experiences ever! The knowledgeable and responsive staff were remarkable as they helped us create the new cabinet and shelves in our den. I love it! You are welcome to come a take photo shoot of this project.

Very Professional, fast and efficient. They are so knowledgeable about their products and what will work and not! I did not even know what I really wanted, but I love the cabinets they built from hearing what I was trying to accomplish. The quality is amazing!

Provided bookshelves/ cabinets on both sides of our great room fireplace. Was very pleased with the initial design, follow up, installation and final product. A cordial relationship with their representative throughout the process was gratifying. Great job!!

We are very pleased with the results of our kitchen renovation and the cabinets were key. Jim Crump was very good to work with and he had many great ideas. We were considering painting our old oak cabinets. Jim gave us the pros and cons on painting the old and making new cabinets. We went with the new cabinets. We really like the lazy-susan and the silverware drawer. Overall, a very good job.

Kempsville came highly recommended. The product is excellent ,but after four months of correcting wrong measurements, wrong glass and wrong paint, I cannot recommend. Thumbs down

Marcus from Kempsville Cabinets is a real pro in his field. He listened to everything that we wanted in our kitchen and turned into a reality. He was also patient when we wanted to change something or delay our install. The showroom is outstanding and make a huge difference to be to see and touch materials and finishes. I highly recommend.

Just finished remodel of our Kitchen. To be honest, I didn't think there were any companies still in existence that are so remarkably honest, helpful and professional as Kempsville Cabinets. One of my main considerations was to find a company that built cabinets to your specs and had superb craftsmanship that would be reflected in our kitchen. Our cabinets resemble fine furniture more than manufactured kitchen cabinets. If I could choose a term that described the experience, I would call it "harmony". From the beginning to end, their readiness to do exactly what you want, make minor adjustments during the late stages not only made it a pleasure to do business with them but also contributed to my wife's assurance of getting what she wanted; my number-one requirement. Incidentally, price for our custom built cabinets was ten-thousand dollars less that factory built offered by another cabinet company. We hope to work with them soon in our master bathroom remodel
