Easy to talk with when discussing plans for bathroom remodel. Provided multiple options to blend old with new features. Actively listened to input from both my husband and I. Able to be flexible and revised plans based on our budget and desires. Dependable, honest and reliable in terms of materials used, craftsmanship of finished work exceptional. The few concerns or issues that surfaced (as with any remodel) were quickly addressed and resolved. Always checked in with us regularly to insure we were happy as project progressed. Could not be happier with the results!

Kimberlee helped us to remodel our Master Bathroom. I can’t tell you how happy we were with the results. Kimberlee was great to work with. About 12 years ago, Kim help me design our kitchen. I had an idea what I wanted and she listened and develop the design taking all my ideas into consideration. She integrated current ideas, (not trends), She offered so many ideas to make work space, storage and convenience into the plan. She always listened to me. I still love my kitchen. Recently, I consulted with Kim on some updates. She came prepared with samples and ideas. After brainstorming, she advised me and I reconsider many of my ideas. Because of her honesty, I was spared a lot of work and expense. I love the few changes she recommended.

Very professional, friendly and does excellent work. They not only have been here once but I had them back again.

Kim often uses my showroom for her tile needs, she is by far one of the most creative and caring designers that I have had the pleasure of working with. We strongly reccomend Kimberlee Kristine. We bought a large 1910 Craftsman. We asked KK to design and remodel two bathrooms, an entire apartment and paint and help us with other various designs in our home. Kimberlee is a rock star. She worked within our budget always keeping us informed about costs. If a problem arose, which needless to say in an old craftsman is a guarantee. She took care of it immediately. The tile work they did was exquisite. In fact all the work they did was exceptional. I highly reccommend KK if you want a full service designer and contractor all in one. We redesigned our kitchen footprint and wanted the color scheme changed. We now have a big island, beautiful well made cabinets, soothing tile backslash and quartz counters. The design choices and craftsmanship are truly classy. Kimberlee and Kevin are wonderful to work with as well as each subcontractor they hired. This was an all around, delightful team to redo our kitchen.

After living in our home for 20 years we decided we needed to update our bathroom! A friend in our neighborhood had used Kimberly to do her bathroom and she recommended her design work. Initially we went with Kim because she was able to help design based on our ideas; however, she was the only person that looked at our kitchen and shared our vision. My master bath remodel project was remarkable. Attention to details and shopping for materials helped make this project fun and exciting. Kimberlee is a quality designer and Kevin is a master craftsman. They are a dynamic duo and I recommend them without reservation.

I was thoroughly impressed with Kevin & Kim's work on our house earlier this year. We had a unique situation after a 15,000 lb spruce came crashing down on our house, with an eclectic list of repairs including comprehensive kitchen remodel, new tile, new ceilings, and framing/insulation in the attic for the damaged trusses. They even coordinated the new roof and the exterior painting with subs or did it themselves. We had to work with the insurance company on this project, and Kim was very accommodating on the information they needed, along with the mortgage company. Kim was very transparent in communication during the whole process and also helped on the design/consulting side for our new kitchen given our budget (insurance claim). I couldn't recommend them more highly for a large, complex project like we had after the November 2015 windstorm. Very high quality work as well. They fixed a minor application/adhesion issue with the construction materials within 24 hours of me notifying them, 2 months after the project was done and we had moved back in. Thanks Kim and Kevin!

I don't even know where to begin to describe my fabulous experience with working with Kim and Kevin. They have designed and remodeled our entire house. You will not find a better team to work with. First and foremost they are honest and reliable. Second, they are talented, Kim as a designer and Kevin as a builder. And, third, they are fun to work with. The first project they did for us was a complete kitchen remodel. We had and idea of what we wanted. After meeting with them they made several suggestions that turned out saving us money and delivered a much better design. One of the things I love about Kim is that she lets you have a lot of imput on the design but if she thinks you are heading in the wrong direction she isn't afraid to step in. After all, isn't that what you hire a designer for? As with any remodel project, we ran into a couple of problems. Kevin is a master at problem solving and always has a solution. After our kitchen remodel, Kim and Kevin turned our half bath into a full bath. It is absolutely beautiful. Kevin's tile work is beyond compare. Finallly, they combined a separate bedroom/bathroom to make a master suite. I had been working for years on a design, but Kim came up with the perfect way to give me a master suite with a walk-in closet. Again, Kevin's building skills are unparalled. This was not an easy remodel and it came out perfect. Remodeling can be incredibly stressful, but with Kim and Kevin you will actually have fun during the process.

Kimberly and Kevin Melcher worked together in a major remodel of our kitchen and eating space. They listened to our desires and went above and beyond to meet those needs in design and construction. Kim is a very talented designer, energetic and knowledgeable in helping us select the interior materials, appliances and final touches that made our end product so wonderful. Kimberlee Melcher is phenomenal with design. She helped me decorate each room of my house, just by adding certain pieces and changing colors. I highly recommend her and her husband for anyone looking to update their house or renovate bathroom or kitchen.

Kimberlee remodeled two bathrooms from the floor up. It was important to me to return them to 1923 vintage after total re muddling! They are perfect in every way down to the custom shower curtain and lighting. I used her vast knowledge of fabric and showroom samples for selecting my fabrics for reupholstered pieces, and her fabricator did a great job. In addition, they built a custom fireplace mantel that looked like it had always been there, and she designed a custom wall desk unit. They currently are building a custom dining table, because the one I wanted was no longer available. Their craftsmanship is excellent.

I met Kimberlee more than 10 years ago and have worked with her on many projects. She is always upbeat, enthusiastic, and very detail oriented. Kim is an excellent designer and project coordinator and provides all of her clients with a professional and positve experience from start to finish. Kimberlee transformed our loft space with the most elegant and beautiful fabrics I've ever seen. Our loft had 20 ft ceilings and she used these amazing fabrics to create privacy in our open space. We could leave the floor to ceiling drapes open during the day and close them at night for privacy, they are stunning and perfect! She also designed a custom island that not only looked incredible, but the quality and storage were exactly what we needed. The attention to detail, craftsmanship quality, and customer service are the reason I recommend Kimberlee Kristine for any remodel and project!
