Love! Love! Love! My bathroom remodel. Couldn’t have asked for a better job from Keith and his team. He took the time to listen to my wants and made suggestions to get me exactly what I wanted in the budget I could afford.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Keith. He assisted us with the design phase of our remodel and facilitated appointments with the architect and other support as needed. Keith was responsive, attentive, sensitive to our vision, accommodating and practical. We would be happy to work with Keith again in the future!

I hired ARHI to remodel and build out my new business. Keith Payne has been very supportive, helpful, and professional. The work is impeccable and on time. I would definitely have ARHI complete any future projects whether it's personal or professional.

I have been nothing but impressed with ARHI's professionalism and expertise in the remodel and repair of my childhood home in Indiana. I wanted to sale my home; however I live in California and needed a company that was not only expert in home repairs and remodels but also a company I could trust and whose costs were reasonable. The owner (Keith Payne), demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise in what home buyers are looking for and the end result (on time and on budget) was a masterpiece. Realtors commented on the home's great presentation; potential buyers fell in love with the house and particularly the refinished floors. But what impressed me most was ARHI's responsiveness to an urgent need to repair the home's foundation. It was discovered during inspection (long after their contracted work was done), that there was a foundation problem and some other minor issues that need attention. I contacted ARHI and they completed the very complicated work in a weeks time and at a cost within my budget. The home was sold less than a week after they completed the additional work; even before the scheduled Open House showing. I'm in total gratitude for ARHI's partnership. Keith's honesty, integrity, professionalism, reasonable cost, and timeliness won the day. I strongly recommend his services, you will be more than satisfied with his work.

It's been 3 years and the project is still NOT COMPLETE. (02/19) Do not use this contractor. He started a room addition on my home over 2 years ago and it is still not completed. He has constantly come up with excuses for not finishing. He never showed up to check on work that was done by subcontractors (some of which has already needed repair). He does not return calls and rarely returns text messages. He failed to do some things that were outlined in the contract. I would not even give him a one star rating. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a different contractor.

ARHI Design and Remodeling did a total "gut" master bath renovation for us. Keith Payne came to the house to access the scope of the project and to solicit our ideas for what the finished product could be. He came back with his estimate and a vision of what would happen. We worked closely with Keith in the selection of materials. Keith was creative and innovative in integrating our ideas into a vision that we shared for the project. I appreciated the attention to every detail that Keith and his team exhibited throughout the process. Keith's standard is excellence. I would definitely hire Keith again for any remodel job I might have.

We have never had a contractor/designer come into our home. It was a big step. However, I roughly explained my project to Keith and OMG, he helped me develop it to what it is today. He budgeted the job appropriately and was open to design changes. Keith and his team were polite, professional and prompt during their time in our home. We were confident that when they said they arrive they arrived and the job finished timely!! The workmanship on my basement remodel was phenomenal. Beautiful, unique and incorporated all of my design ideas. I would recommend ARHI to anyone looking to build or remodel. .
