Complete Installation: Our installation experts have the experience and knowledge to handle every phase of your project, from conception to completion. Simply tell us your budget and time constraints and we will work to meet them without asking you to make sacrifices to your overall project. So many problems from day 1. Eventually the kitchen was mostly finished. Unfortunately many missteps along the way (forgot to complete crown molding, forgot to order tile, didn’t get enough tile, no shows for work scheduled -just to name a few). I had to follow up to get things done and it still took over 4 months (cabinet painting, backsplash, sink, countertops).

No Kurtis

I regret hiring Kurtis and skipping one start reviews. I'm surprised other reviewers had similar unpleasant experiences. I had Kurtis reface my kitchen and bathroom cabinets but the job hasn't completed it yet despite receiving all payments. Kurtis has not placed all of the drawers and face for drawers dropped down when my kid pulled the drawer. I asked Kurtis about the unfinished tasks and issues with drawers but still no one is coming to address the issue.

Kurtis Kitchen was AMAZING to work with on our Kitchen Remodel. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and strongly committed to assisting us every step of the way! We encountered a few hiccups here and there with a piece of granite. We reached out to Justin, the Vice President, of Kurtis Kitchen and he quickly responded to our needs and replaced the Slab of granite at no additional cost to us! This company has been in business over 50 years and their sole mission is to make sure all of their customers are happy with their services! It took many amazing people for our Kitchen Dream to come true! We would like to give a special shout-out to Justin, Kim, Henri, Jenna, Kevin, and Robert! We are going to enjoy our Gorgeous Kitchen for many many years to come! Thank You Kurtis Kitchen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kurtis Kitchen and Bath did an exceptional job on our kitchen remodel. From the very first contact with store manager Justin O'Brien, to the finishing touch from the master carpenter, everything went great. I liked the way that Kurtis handled the initial consultation at our house - we had a vision of what we wanted, including some renderings that we had drawn up ourselves. Justin measured the space, took our drawings back to the office and came up with a design that matched our desires perfectly! They used the BuilderTrend web based interface to provide the schedule, documents, messages, costs etc. so we were aware of all the details of the project. We were assigned a project manager who oversaw the entire project, which in our case involved a complete electrical install, some hvac and extensive carpentry work to install the cabinets, which required some semi-custom work to finish. Our house was built in 1953, so there were some challenges ! Anytime there were questions or concerns regarding the project, Justin or the PM handled them quickly and efficiently. Justin helped us with every detailed design decision - handles, finishes, everything. Justin also designed a new master bath that we added on to the house and helped us pick out beautiful cabinets which we installed ourselves. We would highly recommend Kurtis for your kitchen and bath needs.

Our designer, Melissa and our project manager Scott were great to work with throughout the process. The entire project was well thought through and well organized. All of the tradesmen were great to work with and all really took pride in their work. One of the most impressive things was that, at the days end, our large kitchen area was never left in disarray - each and every contractor thoroughly cleaned the work area each day.

Designer excellent-Adrian Project-builder and crews excellent Demanding on payments. Staff told me three dates I was mandatory to be there, counter top measure, install, and final inspection. Not cabinet delivery. Staff was slow on lazy Susan ordering, when wasn’t in cabinet. Builder cleaned up every night, and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

From design to demo to reconstruction, the quality of materials, and customer service was superb. Kurtis created a project plan/timeline and kept to it. The project was no small matter. The kitchen and dining room were gutted including flooring. Carpeting was taken up in the living room, major hallway, home office, and 3 closets. With the exception of the master, and guest bedrooms, the entire first floor was involved. 3/4” hardwood flooring was installed throughout. New cabinets, up to the ceiling, were installed. An enormous pantry was created. Two level soft-close rollouts in all lower cabinets, and five soft-close rollouts in the pantry. All doors and drawers were soft-close as well. The kitchen was expanded by 3 feet, giving us more counter space. Extra electrical outlets were created, the ceiling lights were moved to accommodate the expanded space, and converted to LED. New quartz countertops, and a HUGE under mount sink completed the job. Kurtis was really good at coordinating the various subcontractors, and their own employees. The project was not entirely painless, but the few glitches that came up were quickly and successfully resolved. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. It would appear that I could go on longer. I won’t, but I hope I’ve given you a sense of how well this went, and how thrilled we are with the finished product. Too bad I can’t post photos here. Our thanks to Jake (designer), Scott (project manager), and Kim (project coordinator). Well done !!!

Enjoyed working with Adrian from Clarkston location, he was very patient, gave helpful advice and answered my questions honestly. Once the demo and install teams started each contractor that entered our home was respectful and did an excellent job. Our Project Manager, Scott Curd went above and beyond keeping us informed, checking on progress and returning calls promptly. Truly a pleasure to work with.
