Landmark Homes of Tennessee

This 2016 project is our first custom home and now being retired probably our last home. We selected a development near our current hometown and Landmark was already the approved builder, so we started researching their models, current customer owned homes and even visited other developments which they are constructing. Once we had secured our lot the excitement began. Because Landmark has a design Center it was much easier to explore options, pick features and even adopt some new features. We do think that we did go way beyond the scope that normally occurs, the team was educational, polite and did a great deal of research for us. We also visited several subs that they use who exhibited the same high work ethic as the direct employees. Because of our travel plans the design phase took a little longer than normal, but all of that is now complete and in the next week the foundation process should begin. And being rookies we have full confidence of what each future benchmark awaits us because Gary has schooled his team to communicate all details.
