We totally refurbished one of our rental properties in the City of London and chose Larks and Larks to supply the cabinetry. For the kitchen area, we were looking for a highly dependable supplier for cabinetry including internal units. Specifically, we needed sound logistics to work with the busy London district that the property is located in. Unfortunately, Larks & Larks performed poor throughout the process including the product quality. Specifically, they adopted a disinterested tone on calls and emails to resolve problems, communication about delivery on the day was scarce and they delivered a bin (as pictured) cracked, which they refused to replace as we hadn’t reported within 48 hours. They are quite frankly a vile company to deal with and you should NEVER consider risking your project for a company that cannot trade the goodwill cost of replacement bin for a good standing in reputation.
