While our “project” was a very small repair job, they were so professional and courteous that we asked them to repair and hang another window blind. Both projects were completed timely and we sure will use them again and highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with this company! Their main objective was to make certain that I was pleased and happy from their initial visit to completion. I had to make a couple of adjustments after installation and they were more than accommodating to be certain everything was the way I expected it to be. I wish more companies were customer orientated like these people. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Very happy with Lake Geneva Screens. Great experience from the 1st phone call I made. Received a call back the very next day from Tina (returning my call from her vacation in Mexico!!) Lots of choices - both colors, materials, and pricing. Install was seamless and they made sure they got them perfect before they left! Love the final product. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Would highly recommend this company! Love my retractable screen door. Great quality and the service is excellent!! The choices are endless and it is amazing to bring the outside into your home!

I hired him to provide summer automatic screens and winter vinyl/ canvas panels for screened pavilion. KT provided exceptional service from the professional bid, fabric or screen selection to the install. His follow up is also exceptional and he's quick to make any minor adjustments needed. He worked well with the other trades and was on time and ready to perform his scope of work.

We had Lake Geneva Screens install several blinds and screens in our sun room and liked the end product enough that we called them back to install motorized shades in our living room. KT made the process very easy for us and we have been very happy with the service and quality. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I recently had motorized shades put into our new home with Lk Geneva motorized blinds. KT , the owner helped us select the product and gave us a very fair price. Once the order was placed he also kept us informed as to delivery times and install dates. The end result is fantastic. We are very happy with how beautiful they look and what an expert job KT did with the install. The windows were about 14 feet high and he took his time with each one. We were shown samples of what he carries and the specs and benefits to each different one. We highly recommend Lake Geneva Retractable Screens and Shades. Great person to work with and terrific results!
