Lindsey was a pleasure to work with. He was in charge of building our entire house. He was prompt and courteous and was always very even keel, even when problems arose. For the most part all of his sub-contractors were also very nice and did a very good job. If the subs weren't cutting it, he would replace them with a different crew. The finished house was everything we could have hoped for. If there were any concerns at all it would be that the project went more over budget more than should be expected (~10%). That was partly our fault and partly his. There were a couple big ticket items that should have been in the bid that were inadvertently left out, that came as a budget surprise. Over all, he runs a very tight ship and the quality of work was great. I would highly recommend him for your construction needs.
