Lionel and his team have been great! He was able to take our general idea and design a beautiful house. We looked at several architects and we haven’t had a second thought about choosing Lionel. He’s been very responsive to any requests and he is very very invested in the final result. The cooperation between Lionel and our builder has been great and all the details get the proper attention. It has been a very good experience which is contrary to what we were told to expect from the process.

We hired Lionel Bailey to design a house for us. Lionel and his team did a great job. They were attentive and listened to our wants and needs. Lionel was extremely helpful in making recommendations to us and maximizing our overall space. Lionel is thoughtful and purposeful in his designs. His use and location of windows and doors makes our house open and airy, despite being located on a zero lot line lot where windows are not allowed on one entire side of the house. We couldn't be happier with work Lionel did and would highly recommend him to everyone.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lionel Bailey on our custom home design. We were very pleased with the way he truly works with his clients by listening to their desires and providing helpful feedback for building a dream home. His expertise for meeting our needs in architectural design was exceeded. In fact, we just recently hired him for another project, which was designing a cottage potting shed for our back yard. The design looks great and should be really nice once we have it built. Highly recommend him!
