They do horrible work. I would not recommend them to anyone. Rushed job and everything fell apart within a year. Had to have a whole new company come and fix all their messy work. Stay away from the Kramers

Poor quality installation of a backsplash. Left my kitchen a mess, got grout on my brand new microwave, and new countertop, did not replace a cracked tile. Did not even consider finishing project until I questioned her about the poor workmanship. Communication was unprofessional, on a personal level. The most unpleasant experience I have had with any of my home projects. I declined her offer to "come and fix" as I lost all confidence. Absolutely will not use again nor recommend for anyone else.

We are so excited with our new kitchen! We contacted Liza Kraemer in 2008 to have our kitchen remodeled. Well... it didn't happen due to our septic system failing. Anyway, 9 years later we started to shop around. Home Depot came in to give us a free estimate on refaced cabinets. We were so close to signing the deal when we remembered Liza and Kraemer's Kitchen Factory and the fact that she said re-facing will cost you the same or more than brand new cabinets. Well we found Liza's first set of kitchen drawings and gave her a call. What a saint she is. She put up with so many changes and last minute changes from size, color, walls, floors, doors, size again, resize door to living room, remove door from existing kitchen, recess refrigerator, window sink to corner sink, on and on. She took it all in stride and assured us that our changes are nothing compared to what some customers go through. We did a total kitchen makeover for not much more than the cabinet re-face would have cost. The KraftMaid cabinets are gorgeous! We decided on floor to ceiling cabinets for additional space and with the crown molding they look terrific. Liza not only did the design but was so helpful and instrumental in guiding us choosing cabinet hardware, lighting, colors of counter top and flooring. All of her referenced local stores (all local business) were also very helpful and professional allowing us to take home samples for review. Then came the demolition and build. Rich came in and made the job look so simple. He was such a pleasure to work with and always kept the place as clean as possible. When the build was done it all came together and looks stunning! We are so glad we remembered Liza and her advice from 9 years ago. I would highly recommend Liza and Rich for your home remodeling needs. They were so much fun to work with. I would be remiss If I didn't mention their office assistant Mariah. Mariah was also very helpful during the entire process from ensuring our order was timely and helping us with websites for reviews on hardware, faucets, sinks, you name it.

Liza and Rich are a wonderful team who will work hard to make sure your vision and your dream kitchen or bathroom come to reality! They will offer advice and options you would never have thought of and help you create a showcase in your home. We were thrilled with the work they did for us.

Liza and Rich from Kraemer's Kitchen Factory remodeled my kitchen. After explaining the look i wanted, Liza created several designs for me. After a few revisions, we came up with the plan. The cabinets were ordered as were the other necessary items. Rich tore down two walls and did the installation. Not only did he do an outstanding job, he also provided many laughs. (This is very appreciated when your home is under renovation!) Liza installed the tile backsplash beautifully. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and would highly recommend them.

Well our kitchen is finally finished, but not with issues from start to finish. Would not recommend for the design and help, the installation was good but still a lot of issues. Liza never came to sign off or see the finished project, she was always wanting money. Would not recommend her.

Beautiful work on our small bathroom. We had a few glitches with products I had ordered - they remained patient and respectful. I would have them supply/order products needed in the future.

The ladies at this business really know their stuff! They were able to time my purchase to include many incentives which helped to lower the cost of our new kitchen.
