Young in years but high in knowledge, experience, and expertise, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines and budgets. Communication is a very underrated skill in this day and age whether talking to a client or a supplier, but this is key factor when dealing with contractors, and Lily knows how to utilise this skill to get the best out of people. We were impressed the timeliness and relaxed efficiency with which Lily carried out whatever was asked of her.
