Motivo is a Perth, Western Australian based Design Studio. Offering an all in one solution for any residential or commercial project. Services include Architectural Building Design, Architectural Drafting Documentation, Architectural Interior Design & Finishes Selections, 3D Render Images & 3D Animations. Having worked on a collective 500+ projects during each of our careers, Lorena, Shane, and Dave have a wealth of experience and knowledge to make sure their clients achieve the end product of their dreams. Our clients include Homeowners, Residential Builders, Construction Services, Real Estate Agents and Commercial Developer. Her professional expertise and creative, intelligent advice ensured all aspects in styling our home were to the highest quality and standard, delivered on time and within budget. She was always ready to share her extensive knowledge to achieve an outcome well beyond our expectations and continued beyond styling our home to provide marketing material to share with our real estate agent. Lorena is amazing with all things interior design. We gave her a clean slate and a budget that she kept to. She listened to the look we wanted and she created a home for us that we love. Her attention to detail right down to the ornaments on our sideboard was perfect. The rugs, the paintings not to mention her choice of furniture fitted in perfectly with the specs that we gave her. Nothing was a problem for her even though I changed my mind several times. Lorena is the ultimate professional and I have recommended her to many people since she completed our job. Thanks Lorena you did a fabulous job.

Excellent job , a real expert in knowing and understanding how to renovate for Return on investment. Lorena’s ideas were first class. Very professional lady with highly professional approach to her work projects. We would use and recommend Lorena again for any future projects. What’s also amazing is Lorena continues to follow up on her scope / job commitment and her work is completed always on time.

Lorena is an absolute professional in every way. Not only is she extremely creative, she can create the wow factor in every room on a minimal budget. The results on my home were nothing short of remarkable given the budget and time frame she had to work with. Unlike other designers, Lorena is not just focussed on making the property look pretty but she provides intelligent advice on providing return on your investment and ensuring your property will appeal to the correct target demographic when selling. She provides the entire package, even working with your agent to ensure the marketing mix will do justice to the look that is created. Having been a real estate agent myself for 14 years, I have worked with many designers and can say that Lorena is head and shoulders above any other designer out there regardless of whether you just want to modernise your home or want to get the best result when selling. Work with her and you will not be disappointed!

If you are lucky enough to have Lorena style your home, then you should thank your lucky stars. We were blessed when Lorena styled our architecturally designed house. She had vision, the energy to produce a stunning home and to showcase our design to the max. Her colour coordination is exceptional, her contacts are amazing she listens to the client and fulfils their budgetary limits without compromising the house. This has made her one very busy, sort after designer. Her enthusiasm reassures you that you will be extremely happy with the result....she won’t disappoint you

Lorena was a breath of fresh air! My husband and i had no idea about colours or design and Lorena has dedicated so much time to working with us on our ideas mixed with her vision and stepping us outside our comfort zone to something we are very excited to commence. Lorena is very patient in taking things step by step so we can slowly see the big picture unfolding. Lorena's ability to walk into a property, innately identify the target market and then produce a stunning staged product in the tightest of time frames has once again astounded me. She has passion and demands a high standard from all of her trades. She understands time is money and the sense of urgency to get a property renovated, styled and on the market in the shortest possible amount of time. This property is no exception, simply stunning once again! Lorena styling makes my task of producing the sales video with feeling a pleasure. Lorena has done an outstanding job with renovating and styling my apartment for airbnb. From top to bottom she was professional and ran to schedule. The transformation is incredible and the place looks amazing. I am now generating a much higher revenue from my apartment through short stay rental strategies that Lorena suggested and helped implement. I would definitely recommend Lorena for anyone who wants an excellent result with the sale or rental of their property.... and I look forward to getting her help me with the next project. Thank you Lorena you are amazing at your job!!
