Are you wondering where to start to build our dream home or remodel your current residence? Want to save time and money? You can stop right HERE. Design/build either cost plus or fixed fee contract. Home Design and interior design services included with you new home or renovation. New homes $400,000 to 2 Million Partial to complete interior renovations from $150,000 to $500,000. Finish basements from $30,000 to $100,000. Covered deck additions with stone fireplace starting at $30,000. Garage additions $30,000 to $65,000. Estimates based on current projects and will vary due to scope of work and selections. Clay to Custom Construction does not have to send you to an architect or interior design firm like the vast majority of other builders do. We do all that in house! This husband and wife team were both experienced builders in SW Florida. Lucy managed a multi-million dollar construction company for over 20 years and excels in management and accounting. Arnold had his own design/build firm for over 20 years specializing in home and interior design. There is indescribable magic in meeting someone on their lot and building their dream. Exceptional professionals when it comes to construction. They have been pleasant, easy to work with and spot on with their work. i would and will use them again. They are the exception to the rule that says you can,t trust contractors work. They have been at work according to the plan and have been able to push my house build along faster than i ever thought possible. Arnold is a master carpenter with a wealth of knowledge and experience at his fingertips. He makes this look easy, as he can see and solve problems long before you get to them yourself. He has a fix for everything, and is time and cost considerate. If you are looking to build or remodel your house, they are the people to use. I will be using them again

My wife and I used Arnold as our builder for our house in Blue Ridge, GA. It was a total custom job and he hit a home run!! It's a beautiful home that's part cottage, part cabin with a lot of charm and warmth. If I were to add on or build another home, without a doubt, I'd use Clay to Custom Construction! Arnold and Lucy are fabulous and will help make your dream home come to life!

Our experience with the Clay to Custom Design professional was with a major renovation to our home. JFS Inc was the contractor and Arnold Sindledecker was the Design/Build Manager. Arnold provided excellent design ideas and brought innovative approach to key aspects of the overall design. We found Arnold to be professional, experienced and pleasant to work with during the weekly and sometimes more often meetings throughout the process. The final product speaks for itself and we welcome you to visit and judge for yourself.
