I live in a modest townhouse in big Sky and contacted GVFC1 for help in replacing builder quality carpet with hardwood floors in my downstairs area. In other words, this was not a gold mine for GVFC1. However, not only did their rep, Stefan Goerges, come to our place multiple times ( a long drive!) to make sure we saw plenty of samples and chose the perfect wood, he was/is the most polite, professional, well-informed and genuinely nice service professional I have ever dealt with in over three decades as a homeowner. He arranged to have one of GVFC1s top installers, Zeb, install our floor and Zeb was phenomenal - perfect execution, timely, polite. Honestly, I am almost sad to have the project complete because I so much enjoyed working with Stefan (Zeb too!). I could not recommend them highly enough.
