Artistic Illumination

I've worked with Artistic Illumination for years. Mark and his staff are very professional and provide excellent work. Mark met with me on site the day of the job to go over every detail of the job and answer any questions I had. Artistic Illumination went above and beyond, they exceeded our expectation and I would high recommend Artistic Illumination to everyone.

My husband and I were looking for a lighting contractor to assist in designing and installing landscape lighting at our home. We were a little overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start. We decided to request a list of recommended professionals from Houzz. We were immediately emailed 5 companies to check out. Mark from Artistic Illumination was one of the companies. Mark responded to our request the same day and set up an appointment to come to our home. When Mark arrived he was very friendly and informative. We were happy that he made suggestions for the light placement, thus taking the guess work out of it for us. We we impressed that he was able to give us a quote on the spot and we did not have to wait. That evening my husband and I discussed everything and called Mark the following day with the okay to get started. He set up an appointment for his installers to come out the following Wednesday. His crew showed up on time and worked quickly. They were able to install the lights that day. That evening at dusk Mark came by and we looked at the lights together. Everything looked great! At that time, my husband, Mark and myself collaborated and decided that we should add some additional lights in a few spots. Mark also suggested adding dimmers and timers so that everything was automatic! We thought that was a fabulous idea! The next day Mark's crew was back at our home diligently adding the extra lights and installing the timers. Even with the additions, Mark was able to stay close to our budget. Not only were we impressed with his knowledge, but the quality of his products. We were happy with the phenomenal job they did. It was less then one week from our first meeting to the final completion. We would highly recommend Artistic Illumination to anyone that is interested in transforming their home into a warm, inviting and secure environment.

I have worked with Mark and his team on several projects in the Hamptons. His brilliant vision changed my opinion of landscape lighting. They are a delight to work with--dedicated, fast, precise, accommodating. Artistic Illumination is the best in the business; I would work with them on every project if I could.

We were very pleased with the job Artistic Illumination did. They maintained great communication with us, explaining precisely what could be done. Their professional installers worked hard to install our job in a minimal amount of time. The work was exactly as promised, and the neighbors are all requesting information on who did our job.

Our home came with landscape lighting. We were never satisfied with them because their quality was wasn't appropriate when you live by salt water. Mark helped us select brass units that were sealed where the delicate electronics are and they will last so much longer. They are very good quality and what you would want when you have an expensive home. The design he recommended was simply beautiful. The first night they were on we admired what he did again and again. I highly recommend him. His team was punctual, prompt, and cleaned up the old lights. We had a terrific experience.

Mark and his team were excellent. They are knowledgeable, timely and responsive. I am very happy with the suggestions and most of all the end product. After they left, there was nothing to pick up they cleaned up after themselves. A top notch company.

His entire crew is budget conscience, knowledgeable and artistic. Owner Mark knows how to capitalize on every tree, plant, shrub and exterior wall on your property and how to utilize neighboring landscape to your advantage.
