We had The Fireplace Centre Kamloops come and service our fireplace. The fellow was named Chef. He was very professional, friendly and also very helpful. Did a awesome job in explaining how it worked and cleaned it up. I would differently have them back . Thankyou Barb Williams

We love our Valor Flame fireplace. They are so reliable.. so attractive and last many many years with no problems. We had our first one installed in January 1985.. yes over 35 years ago.. and a year or 2 later we had a second one installed downstairs in our family room. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace to make their home warm and cozy.

Recently purchase an Paramount outdoor firepit table from The Fireplace Center, the staff were great to deal with and we could not be happier with the product, will provide us with many evenings of comfort and enjoyment!

Mark Strate and his amazing team had previously worked their magic for me on an enormous custom rock fireplace in my then home. When I recently bought a new home with a gas fireplace, it was a no-brainer to call the Fireplace Centre and book what I thought would be a routine maintenance service. No one wants to learn that the gas fireplace in the home they just bought is leaking CO and needs to be replaced but when exactly that happened, the technician, Chris (aka the bearer of bad tidings...lol), was incredibly professional, sympathetic, and supportive. When I went to the store, he knowledgeably and patiently explained the features and benefits of all applicable replacements until I was able to make a decision. Dustin took my many phone calls and Mark generously offered his support during the process. These guys are all truly wonderful. My new Valor H4 was installed last week by Stan and Ryan in just one day. Stan’s long experience doing this work was evident in the way the old unit was removed, the venting replaced, and the new unit installed. I sure appreciated the time he took to run me through the operation of it and even highlight the salient points in the owner’s manual. They were both careful with the surroundings and left zero mess to clean. Seriously, if you have need of fireplace professionals, these guys are the ones to call. Knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, helpful and downright friendly. I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks guys!

Fireplace Centre did an excellent job of new installation for chimney and our beautiful little Jotul wood stove. They were patient throughout our building delays and prompt when we were ready for installs at various stages. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Jotul stove this winter, it adds that perfect cozy touch!

The installers were very professional from ' The Fireplace Centre ', and Sales had informative, timely emails which was very important living outside of the city. They were innovative & flexible. I went to 4 different Fireplace Dealers. The Fireplace Centre was the winner in many areas. One other was just as good but couldn't get the install as fast.

Knowledgable and extremely helpful. Mark came out to my house and assessed exactly what I needed to suit my request. Excellent after sales support as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my fireplace needs.

When we were building our house, we decided to add a gas fireplace in the basement. We originally ordered from J Walsh and Sons and basically got the run around for 3 weeks which held up our Tile guy and our carpet installers. We decided to go to The Fireplace Centre and Mark was awesome. Within an hour we had picked out a new fireplace and it was ordered and in 2 days later. A few days later it was installed. The installation guy was awesome and I believe it was Mark, Chris or Cory? that came up to the house twice to make sure the framing was correct. It's a beautiful fireplace and we enjoy it so much! Mark was VERY informative and honest about the quality and price. Would recommend them to anyone!!

I was provided excellent customer service. I was making my selections from another province and Dustin was very prompt in returning my emails and sending me info such as links to sites on the products they provide. When I was in the actual store, Dustin showed me around, and was knowledgable on all the units I was interested in. On installation, the worker went through everything me, how to use the remote, where to find info in the booklet that was provided and also how to take apart the unit for cleaning or changing the display. Overall, I was very pleased of the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace!
