I was very pleased with the quick service I received from Cumming's. When I went in to talk to them about my dining room floor, I thought it was going to be weeks before it would be done. I was both shocked and pleased that my floor was installed within a week and a half. It is beautiful. The installer did an excellent job and cleaned up his mess. Good job Cumming's.

Worked with Bruce to determine best flooring options for a lower level walk-out family room. With his assistance I found a beautiful and very functional option. Delivery and installation was very timely and convenient for me. The crew was efficient, friendly, respectful and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The floor is beautiful!

We had shopped around all the name carpet stores in Springfield. One was very well known but could not give us a price that was in line. Another seemed nice but did not seem to know what they were talking about, did not match what others were saying. Yet another was very nose in the air and that is out for us. The estimator Cummings Carpet One sent out was professional and knowledgeable as well as polite and humble. The Salesman,Larry Scheid was very helpful and super smart about the business, you could tell he loves what he does. Although they were not the lowest price, or the highest, they were very trustworthy. The installers proved that we had made the right decision. They were unbelievably good carpet craftsmen.
