We would highly recommend AJ at MAS. AJ designed a renovation and extension of our 2-bedroom brick and tile ex state house; transforming it into a 4 bedroom modern family home complete with modern re-clad of the existing house. Our section was a difficult narrow site to plan on, and AJ utilised the space exceptionally well including a central courtyard for entertaining and plenty of glass windows and doors to link the old to the new part. AJ listened to our ideas and allowed our input but his expertise tied everything together.

AJ was asked to produce some options for the renovations we wanted to make to the back of our house. We were given multiple options for a deck and back yard project. Found AJ very good to sit down and discuss options while we both came to a conclusion of how we wanted the build to look. Very happy with the outcome

Metropolitan Architectural Studio provided architectural design and project guidance on a residential renovation project that involved relocating the house on the site and adding a second story extension. AJ provided outstanding advice on the local government requirements and excellent design ideas to compliment our vision. The entire project ran very smoothly and was completed ahead of our expectations.

Evoke Developments have used AJ Sutton from MA Studio a number of times now and he continues to deliver outstanding results. For us design is paramount but this needs to be balanced with commercial sense and AJ gets that. AJ is an integral part of the Evoke Developments team and we look forward to working with him again soon.
