We have really enjoyed working with Brad and his team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with hardscape or landscape needs. We have an entire yard landscape plan that requires multi-year implementation. In 2019, we executed on the most complex part of the project. We replaced a stone wall that was falling over and replaced it with an outcropping design and needed a stone retaining wall. To help us stay within budget, we reused stone from the wall falling over. Brad’s team hand chiseled the retaining wall stone so the edges of the stone were consistent with the look and feel with the outcroppings. It looks INCREDIBLE! The team was very professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. Throughout the project, Brad was patient and answered all of our questions. We were always confident that he had the best interest of our project and our budget when making recommendations. Brad had a great partnership with our landscape architect and deck contractor. We are looking forward to partnering with Brad and team for the next phase.

We have used Mayer Landscapes each of the last 3 years for a full landscaping of our property. We just finished a very large patio and landscape project with Brad and his crew and we are beyond thrilled with the finished product!!! Brad and his team did a wonderful job on our landscaping. We built our dream home in 2016 and hired a less than professional company to do our landscaping. This company did not grade our land properly so the soil eroded away from the house. The flower beds were either too high or too low. In 2019 we knew we had to fix it or our home could be ruined. We envied 3 of our neighbors landscaping which included patios and fire pits. All 3 hired Mayer Landscaping and now we know why. Brad spent a lot of time with us and laid out a long term plan for our home. Brad’s architect worked with us to define the space for the best impact. His crew showed up everyday on time and worked very hard. The crew corrected our grading by putting in several beautiful natural stones for retaining walls, they installed a natural patio and fire pit, and laid out our flowerbeds so we are now the envy of the neighborhood. We have used Mayer Landscapes to install all phases of our landscaping. This includes lawn and planting bed installation, finish grading, retaining wall construction, bluestone patio, fire pit and pathway hardscaping and landscape lighting. Mayer is by far the most professional contractor that we have had the pleasure of working with during construction of our new Mequon home. Brad and his crews are prompt, informative and always polite. In addition to doing beautiful work, they are cognizant to keep a tidy job site and park work trucks/machinery in a manner that is courteous to other neighbors. We have happily referred Mayer to other neighbors who have been impressed with work done at our home, all of whom have also been extremely satisfied. Of note, Brad stands behind his work. We recently had 30+ site trees planted over our property, 3 of which did not survive. Brad promptly replaced these trees without question. Mayer receives my absolute highest recommendation.

We engaged Mayer landscaping last year for our new construction in Chenequa, Wisconsin. This was a large project involving the establishment of 2 acres of lawn around the house, all plantings, and bluestone patio. A thorough plan was drawn by a designer prior to work. We are currently working with Mayer landscaping to transform the remaining 5 acres into wild prairie flowers and grasses. We have enjoyed working with Brad and his crew. He has always been friendly and professional and does what he says. His crew are friendly, work hard, and do outstanding work . The blue stone patio work is exemplary. Our project with Mayer Landscapes had multiple phases throughout which Brad Mayer not only led the landscape work but was the general contractor for electrical, plumbing, concrete and woodworking, and we couldn't be more pleased with not only the outcome but how the project proceeded from start to finish. Brad was engaged in the design phase, explained every item of the bid, timing, cost, etc., coordinated the other bids, kept us informed of every step, stayed on time and on budget. His crews are fantastic, they work hard and steady all day and are very polite to not only us as customers but also the surrounding neighbors. They do their best to limit the noise and they lay down plywood to protect both the street and lawn crossing areas from equipment damage. We've had many, many friends and neighbors watching the progress and enjoying the results, and we've happily recommended Brad and his company time and time again.

Our family just finished our second project with Mayer Landscapes, and they again did a great job. One highlight of the experience was how amazing the crew was to our 2 year old daughter who got such a kick out of the machines, she was so excited every day to "see the guys!" This year was the summer of significant exterior renovations at our house. Out of all of the contractors and companies we worked with, we found Mayer landscapes to be the best team, and provided us with the best overall experience by far. Brad Mayer was able to keep us well informed on status of our projects. Throughout the process, he was able to provide us with options if something in the initial plans didn't work out as expected, and most of the times, the options and ideas created were better than the original plan. His crew was fantastic! They were quiet, courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even helped us fix some stuff the other contractors messed up along the perimeter of the house! As for the quality of work and materials used, they were all high-quality materials, and end result looked as great as the plans. Will definitely use Mayer Landscapes for all future landscaping services!

We were recommended to use Mayer Landscapes by a fellow resident in Whitefish Bay. We have a small backyard and were very skeptical that we could have a patio that would be useable. Brad had a great idea from the beginning and we often tell friends that he underpromised and overdelivered. We could not be happier with the sitwall and patio that he and his crew created. We use our patio morning/afternoon and night. Our son who lives out of state was blown away when he visited recently and enjoyed an evening sitting on our patio with a fire in the gas fire pit.
