MB Smith has helped beautifully redesign and redecorate several rooms in my house. She took the time up front to really understand the colors and style I was looking for in my home with sample pictures, home design magazines, and general walk through and discussion. She ensured she understood my hard limits (budget, specific furniture use, general color) and then made her recommendations almost immediately. MB Smith specifically helped redesign my living room / dining room / kitchen spaces, which are all conjoined. She efficiently took my existing furniture and decor and rearranged it into a more livable and beautiful space, through her vision of new wall colors and furniture placement. MB Smith is flexible and easy to work with, and I would recommend her for any design or decoration job, big or small.

Mary Bryant Smith has been the designer for 2 homes for me. She is very friendly, and she listens to your ideas. Then she works with you to develop the home of your dreams. I love that she doesn't set a picture of what she wants in her head and then try to steer you in her direction. She can work on any budget, and I love how she incorporates furniture and artwork you already have into the design. I learned it isn't all about the artwork, it's the proper placement! It's worth it to hire her just to rearrange your existing home and add a few key pieces for an updated look. Mary Bryant is dependable and punctual. She is fun to work with, and everyone I know who has hired her is extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend her.

Mary Bryant is awesome to work with. She is patient, perseptive and considerate of ones needs and wants and worked well with any bounderies that are set for her. She has the ability to create an environment that is outstanding in appearance as well as and comfortable for daily living. Having traveled the world AND studied Art History she brings to the table fabulous and creative ideas that bring out the personality of the individuals she is working with. Over the past ten years M.B. Design has been a great resource for my personal and business needs. We have used the design firm for our homes in Texas and NC as well as our rental units of various description . To begin the review I would have to say versatility and adaptability are essential components of the strengths of Ms Smith's work. We have asked for Spanish Colonial to industrial modern with fabulous results and inspired ideas to influence our decisions . Ms Smith comes from an educational background of Art History and has complimented her schooling with extensive travel which opened her imagination to so many unique venues and inspirations ,which have enhanced her abilities to give professional and accurate advice about many varied design ideologies. A project begins with sharing of ideas. Next we make the design decisions together. Ms Smith works with our contracting team with ease and is able to guide them in making the appropriate decisions concerning function and aesthetics. We also shop together to choose the perfect items from the cabinet knobs to the perfect finishing touches. One of the strengths I have seen is Ms Smith's ability to make a design that so personally reflects your individual taste. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our association with M.B.Design.

Mary Bryant Smith, owner and operator of MB Smith Design has an outstanding eye for detail. I have used her company for several decorating jobs and most recently for a total renovation of a 1950's cottage. She has impeccable taste in color and design and completes her job in a timely fashion. Ms. Smith takes a personal interest in your job making you feel more like a good friend than a client. She brings years of experience to each job and is very easy to work with. Ms. Smith is not one to come in and basically ask you to throw out all of your stuff and start with new...she loves to take your precious family mementos and incorporate them into your new look, she truly has a gift for this. With all that being said she is very affordable and does a better job than many similar businesses charging much much more. I give MB Smith Design my highest recommendation.
